She went above and beyond to contact the vendor, kept me informed of the updated shipping dates, and ensured that my experience was top notch. This kind of customer service is the reason that I always recommend Flaviar to my friends.

I've never enjoyed tasting so many different kinds of whiskeys, whiskys, bourbons, ryes, and other spirits so much in my life. They have a great selection, and a great write-up on every libation they sell.

The tasting boxes are a real treat...always fun to compare...(oh, the "advent boxes" are amazing!) and...The bottle prices are competitive and they ship to your home for free!

Here during the quarantine, it's nice to have something adult to really enjoy.

I ordered a subscription for my dad for Father’s Day. At the time of purchase, I didn’t realize they don’t ship to the state my dad lives in. It was a pretty expensive purchase so I panicked. Rest assured, I received a response from Laura issuing me a full refund.

I would definitely order again for someone in one of the participating states.

Upon joining for some reason I did not receive the promotional free tasting box. Somewhat apprehensive and concerned I reached out to customer service via email. I received a response in less than 1 business day and my credit was given with no issues. Fantastic, fast, friendly service with no fussing. Great experience! I’m even more excited to start my membership knowing that level of customer service is just an email away. Bravo and Cheers!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Flaviar thus far. The main complaint I have heard is in regards to the overall cost, but keep in mind, in my experience, this membership is for those looking to branch out of drinking the same 3-5 spirits and explore. In addition to that, Flaviar has done a wonderful job providing continuous information and fun things to do on the website not to mention things like partnering with WhistlePig for a free at-home blending kit. I have contacted this company a few times via their email and have ALWAYS received a prompt, courteous response and they have always helped me out. I will be signing up for another year once my membership expires for sure.

My wife got me a half-year subscription for Father’s Day but we live in IL and can’t receive shipments, unfortunately. However, the customer service was extremely fast at getting back to me (on a Sunday) and had a full refund in the works the very next day. Great customer service!

I ordered a bottle as part of our regular quarterly selection. When it arrived, the seal was broken. I sent a quick note with a picture to the team at Flaviar. They responded quickly and were able to get another bottle shipped. Super easy to deal with, no hassle...best customer service ever. Nicely done Flaviar!

Overall Flaviar is a great experience, with generous tasting boxes, which you're able to choose from and a good selection of spirits. Unfortunately £70 odd is a bit much for me, but I can see that the value is there. If you enjoy tasting new spirits but don't want to spend money on full-size bottles, this is a service for you.

Additionally, I'd like to praise Elizabeth for the amazing service received. I logged a ticket with them, then canceled my request but she was quick on the ball, understanding and courteous, was a pleasure dealing with her - give her a raise?

My first box came ripped and missing tasters. I immediately emailed Flaviar with a picture of my box and what product I did receive. I got an email within the hour thanking me for the information and picture and letting me know they will be sending a replacement.
