Flawless by Finishing Touch

I ordered Flawless online and paid online for it, and it never arrived! I feel like this is a scam because I could not get in touch with an actual person! I am super disappointed and feel very mislead and taken advantage of! Is this a scam or am I the only one this has happened too? I would love to speak to someone about this issue and fix it if it’s not really a rip off advertisement!

I've purchased this little gadget today and tried it out. It's great, really works. Money well spent, in my opinion. I love it. I would recommend it to anyone. I'm a mature lady and was having a big problem with facial hair but not anymore. Thank you so much JML.

Got mine online (I really need to stay offline, lol).

I was excited to get it and wanted to use it right away. First of all, it took 1/2 hour to figure out how to open it for the battery. When I finally did open it and placed a new AA battery in it, it didn't work at all.

I tried another battery and it hummed a second and the head fell off! Put it back together and again it didn't work at all.

I requested a refund and will not buy "junk" online anymore!

These products are a waste of money. I still had hair left when the product was used. Would love my money back but it's my fault for thinking it would work. The only thing nice is the light.

Sure it gets the job done, but you have to use it every day. My upper lip hair started coming out thicker and much more noticeable. My eyebrow hair has the same results.

Before using this product, I would wax my eyebrows and every few days pluck them. Now using this product I have to pluck EVERY single day and am not satisfied. My eyebrows were better before.

I had such high expectations for this product to remove my slight facial fuzz (it is fine and light hair, not heavy and thick) and the few facial hairs I have. It took AGES to remove the upper lip fuzz, and not very successfully either. I had to keep going over and over the same areas because the blade was so ineffectual. Practically useless on the few coarser hairs I have, so I will continue plucking them. The unit actually starts to heat up and smell funny after only a couple of minutes. Absolute waste of money. Much better (and cheaper) results from an ordinary razor.

So many regrets, and I even recommended this thing to a friend when I purchased it approximately 2 years ago. I am so disappointed. I share every bad thing others have experienced. The constant shaving, a few ingrown hairs with a few "razor bumps," and the distress and constant checking for regrown hairs to prevent embarrassing looks when my near 5 o'clock shadow and mustache reappear. I regret the day I purchased this thing, and I thought tweezing was a pain in the kneck. This thing is miserable. One day my husband teased me when he felt stubble. I am so disgusted and angry with this mess! Would I recommend it to a friend? Not if I wanted to keep that friend!

I purchased it about a month ago. I was so tired of plucking every day, which left rough skin behind and took so much time getting ready. So far it has been wonderful. If I have all day, I still pluck but end up using this, and it leaves my skin so soft with no irritations. Creams were too harsh and always left me with a rash, so I was so happy to find something that works!

Today I purchase Flawless by Finishing Touch. I am so elated and so in awe of this product. I have PCOS, which is causing me to grow unwanted hair on my face known as hirsutism, and I'm just so elated because the creams we're breaking my face out, and the razors were doing the same and making this discoloration. And I'm just so happy I just got up and said: "you know what, I'm just going to try it." The price is great, the product is great, and I wish I thought about it. Now my face is smooth with no stubble, and I'm not wearing heavy makeup to cover my flaw. I love it.

I tried a lot of different ways to remove facial hair. I was always fighting a losing battle, until I saw the commercial for Flawless.

I purchased it and after the first use, I knew my search was over. It works perfectly every time, fast and easy and gentle enough to use every day. Less than a minute a day and my face is always smooth, and my makeup looks great.

You have to go over a few times, but it does the job. It’s nice for quick touch-ups through the day or in between laser appointments. I wouldn’t rely on it on a long-term basis, or for large areas, but it’s good in a pinch. Small enough to throw in your purse and carry with you.
