Flawless by Finishing Touch

I bought this thing and well, in order for it to work you must use it daily. It doesn't pull the hair out by the root. It just trims it and I still have to use tweezers to finish up. If I can find the store receipt I will return it.

It will not work with the head on. I changed the battery, and when I replaced the head it would not work, but if I remove the head, it works.

What can I do? It really worked well prior to this.

Hi. I received two of these. The first use was great, then it stopped working. I replaced the battery but nothing. I tried a second time, and it didn’t work at all. I tried with high-quality batteries and still no joy.

I bought Finishing Touch at a drug store, so I don't have an order number. The product works as long as you can get the cap back on it after you clean it. Is there is a trick to it? I haven't found it.

You have to use it every day. Not what I was hoping for. I thought that it would be a couple of days before you had to use it again. I ordered all three of the Finishing Touch products. I am not happy about spending all that money on something that I thought would work better than that.

I have to do it every day and who has time for that. I'm better off waxing, I may take longer but at least it's not every day. Also the top came off, I put it on but it comes off as soon as I turn it on.

I have had this product for about 8 months. I purchased it from Bed Bath & Beyond. I used it every 3/4 a week. Worked well until one day it did not. I cleaned it after use and after I put the cap back on it did not come on. Comes on without the cap.

The initial one for the upper lip works great. Ordered the peach fuss remover, it did not work. I sent it right back - over a month ago, and still have not received a refund. They say they cannot find my order. They had no problem taking my money.

I've had my Flawless for about five months and I was loving it until today, when I had to put in a new battery and it just stopped working!

I followed the Flawless directions and changed from their battery to a Duracell AA, and now it doesn't work and won't even turn on or make noise! I'm so sad. Any suggestions on how to get it back working?

I received mine and put a new battery in it. The light comes on, but the blades do not rotate. I have been emailing eViralTrends regarding this and have sent them a video of the faulty product.

Three weeks later and they are still "reviewing the video." It is only a 30-second video. How long does it take?

I used this epilator only twice. The battery does not work properly, so when I wanted to change this, I could not get the tip back on.
