The trimmer works great until you must clean it.

The on and off switch doesn't catch and the trimmer won't work.

I have changed batteries.

I bought 2 and got the same results each time.

I have tried charging over and over with no success. When I called customer service all I got was a flack. No help at all. I have learned not to order this kind of item. I wish they could have made an item like this that is battery operated.

I used Flawless for one month. It is expensive and it's not working now. In a month the product has been expired to use, and I didn't like this product.

Hello. I have tried lots of hair removers for the face and guess what? This one really works it's much better than the NoNo, which cost an arm and a leg. It cost me $25 plus tax. I love it and am buying it for all the women on my list as gifts.

Although I am not plagued with very much facial/chin hair, I have just enough to make it annoying and distracting in the mirror! I rarely purchase anything of the As Seen on TV genre, but I was attracted to Flawless because of its simplicity, price, and ease of use. It has been terrific, and I only need to use it when I can feel chin hairs or see upper lip hairs forming again. I noticed that Walmart charges the least for this product and so I will likely purchase another to have on hand or for traveling.

What a scam! Took a long time to do much of anything and then the top with the blades came off and were impossible to put back on so it went in the garbage, which I have never done with anything before!

Full disclosure, I've only had it for a few weeks and used it 3 times, but I really like it. You can't "make little circles" when you're using it on eyebrows, but going back and forth, carefully, works.

Purchased Flawless hair remover, plus additional blade head. Only removes surface hair from above lip and face, does not remove the root, like using a man's mini shaver. Caused hair to regrow darker, coarser, caused multiple facial bumps with many ingrown hairs, and skin no longer soft as I find myself tweeting daily to remove course regrowth since stopping using Flawless!

This device I purchased and soon found out that while gliding over your skin it pulls out each hair, especially when you have long and coarse hair, and since I lost my receipt I am stuck with this painful shaver.

I've used many devices to remove stubborn chin hair and have always been less than happy. I was surprised with this device. It's painless, so much so that I didn't think it was working. To my surprise, my skin is as smooth as a waxing would leave.

I give the product two thumbs up. It's exactly as advertised.
