Does hurt when using

By Alicia A., Mesa, AZ, Verified Reviewer

This device I purchased and soon found out that while gliding over your skin it pulls out each hair, especially when you have long and coarse hair, and since I lost my receipt I am stuck with this painful shaver.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Waste of money

By Bonnie F., Philadelphia, PA, Verified Reviewer

I have PCOS, I bought this to use on my chin. Due to my condition I tried everything. This product does not work. It hurts if you have coarse stubble, constantly gets clogged and I ONLY used it for a week then it stopped working. It would not turn on. I changed the batteries thinking it was that. Nope, still didn’t turn on. If you have PCOS and a lot of course hair. Don’t buy this. It may work on peach fuzz, I don’t know.

Length of Use: Less than 3 months

Just like shaving

By Darlene Foster, Hesperia, MI, Verified Reviewer

I tried Flawless on my hand first. I had tiny hairs sticking up after I used Flawless. It's not a close "shave." I probably won't use it on my facial hair. I would not recommend this product.

Waste of money

By Lynn Knigge, South Carolina, Verified Reviewer

Don't believe any of the so-called great reviews. I bought this, and the only thing it does is light up and vibrate. It took no hair off anywhere; it's a waste of money. So mine went straight back to the store for a full refund. It's not worth two cents, let alone twenty bucks.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

A rip off

By Jane Curtis, Mabank, TX, Verified Reviewer

Buyer beware. You must own a special battery charger to use it. The $19.99 price is just for starters. The head apparently wears out frequently, so you are encouraged to purchase at least two to start.

I spent $41+, waited a month for delivery and got a unit I must charge on a special charger for eight hours before I can use it.

Pass this up; it is a rip-off! Nowhere in their advertising does it mention you have to have a special charger to charge it up. I have $41+ worth of trash. I checked out the warranty, and it will cost you more to return it than you paid for it.

Could never get it to charge.

By Beth Burris, South Carolina, Verified Reviewer

I have tried charging over and over with no success. When I called customer service all I got was a flack. No help at all. I have learned not to order this kind of item. I wish they could have made an item like this that is battery operated.

Genuinely irritated!

By Bonnie Slick, Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

The device had a corroded battery and it was short, but the worst was yet to come. After one, use my face broke out in small blisters and caused a severe burn on my upper lip. The following day the hair was much coarser in texture and felt like a rough hair stubble. Extremely horrible experience. Claims that hair won't grow back thicker are not true. Because of their false claims, I'm probably going to spend thousands to correct the now more visible hair growth. Don't use this product ever if you don't want your peach fuzz to be more visible.

Waste

By Debbie, Saratoga Springs, NY, Verified Reviewer

I got it a Rite Aid. It was a waste of my $20.00. I would not recommend this to anyone. I would give this no stars, but in order for my review to post, they need at least a star on here. It is it's a piece of crap.

Waste of money

By Donna Fauci, Myrtle Beach, SC, Verified Reviewer

When I bought this, I wasn't quite sure how it removed the hair. When the hairs grew in, they grew in like a coarse stubble and no different than shaving, so evidently, it just removes them from the surface like a razor.

Very disappointed

By Denise G, Billings, MO, Verified Reviewer

After seeing the advertisement on TV stating "NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES," I order two from the website, only to discover Bed Bath & Beyond carried them for $19.99 and I used a $5.00 off coupon and bought it for $14.99 with no shipping. False advertising. The product does perform as advertised.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Just bought this today and it already broken

By Michele, Hyannis, MA, Verified Reviewer

My first time using it on my top lip and sideburns, it didn't feel smooth, like there is still hair/stubble there. I went and took the head off so I could clean it properly, And when I took the head off, everything just fell apart. I tried to put it back together, but it wouldn't work.

This product is good for it being discrete and for travel/on the go. That's if it doesn't break on you trying to clean it for sanitary reasons. So, in that case, don't take the head off to clean. I bought mine at Bed Bath & Beyond, and I will be returning it tomorrow! So disappointed!
