Doesn't work. I have tried it several times with no luck. I want to return the product for a full refund. I thought it looked very promising but was disappointed. Can you advise about a return?

Couldn't manually remove the battery cap. Had to pry it open with the edge of a letter opener. Then couldn't insert the battery until I had prodded the spring repeatedly to loosen it up. It took great effort to squeeze the battery in. Who knows what happens when the battery runs flat.

I see all the negative reviews and I can't imagine what they are doing wrong. It works great for removing the peach fuzz and dry skin bumps. It leaves my skin feeling soft. I follow the instructions.
