We have a supply of Food 4 Patriots regular food, fruits and vegetables, and coffee. We have tried most of the food and coffee and found it to be very good. In fact, I have shared the coffee with a friend and he enjoyed it.

I love it. It is so easy to store and to take with because it's light to carry. It tastes awesome and the fact it keeps for 25 years in all top quality products, keep up the good work. Even if you don't want to get a lot, at least try one before you say no. It could save your life.

Also, the air purifier is great. I love my Alexa PUR water filter, and I use it all the time. Every thing I eat or drink is done with water from, it as is my dog's water. I can't take the chlorine in the city waters because it kills my kidneys, so it's god send. The products all have been of high quality, and I highly recommend them.

I just want to let folks know that the products I've purchased from Food 4 Patriots are real and of good quality (a six-month supply of emergency food packages and the Alexander water purifier with extra filters). The food kits are professionally put together, and shipped and received as promised. I have not eaten any yet as they are for emergencies. The water from the Alexander water is excellent, and now I'm actually enjoying the water I drink.

I was skeptical about survival food at first but decided to try something new. My order arrived as promised and I was impressed with the storage tote, easy to store (stackable), and after reading the directions, it was easy to prepare.

I tried the "Franks five star minestrone soup." I'm no cook, but I can boil water. At first, when I opened the package I was disappointed with the volume, it didn't look like enough for four servings, but once the water was boiling and I added the ingredients, the pot filled up with a lot of soup. The taste was bland, but you realize you just salt/pepper to taste. Some people cannot take salt/spices because of health issues. After seasoning to my taste, the food was very good.

I have since ordered a year's worth of supplies and get the 72-hour and three-month supply whenever the Food 4 Patriots family has their "FREE" just pay shipping and handling offers. I have also purchased the solar generator, Alexa Pure filter, solar water heater and Alexa Pure water filter, bottle and straws, etc. I can't say enough about their products, that's why I call them my Food 4 Patriots "family."

Frank Bates and Team are by far the finest group of survivalists I've had the opportunity to purchase quality products from. Frank is a no BS kind of man, he tells you what you need to know, and backs up his statements with the products he provides.

I've tried other survival sites, and have ordered from them. Frank's products thus far are superior to the other guys.

We have tried some of the food products, and my children were very delighted with the taste. It was amazing to see how very quickly food and water flew off the supermarket shelves in Houston due to hurricane Harvey. I bought one of the food packages and opened a few to discover for myself whether the food was edible. It was tasty. I had received my order promptly and was surprised how good it was. When I opened the strawberries, a delicious aroma smelled like fresh strawberries. I am not a "survivalist," but I bought this because blizzards, tornadoes, and other emergencies can cause general food shortages. I will be prepared!

I have order stuff about five times from food, seeds, and filtration straw. I never had a problem with my order. I tried one package, and it was great. My wife and I are retired, and we keep some around in case our SS checks or disable checks don't come, we have a good supply to get through awhile.

First off, I have to say that these guys are great! I have been a client of Food 4 Patriots for 8 to 10 years. I have purchased many of the food kits, veggie kits, 72-hour kits and even the Alexapure Pro. Every order that I have purchased has been exactly what you stated, and exactly what I expected. The food kits are fantastic! We eat them while camping, hiking, and even as breakfast or dinner on occasions. From a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to give these guys a very strong 9 in regards to the food products and the Alexapure water purifier.

Now, as for customer service. They have a representative named Timothy in their Customer Service and Products Department. I want to tell you that he is one of the best CSRs that I have ever had the opportunity to talk to. Let me give you a little background so you can see why I say this. On the 14th of September 2018, I ordered their 2018 Patriot Storm Prep Generator Kit plus "bonuses." Which came with the Patriots 1500 watt generator, solar panel, LED light string, solar light, Power hub, Power bank, Cart, 72-hour food kit and several reports and book. When I received my Patriot generator on the 25th of September 2018, it had several of the "bonuses" missing. Roughly half of the order.

When I called Customer Service, a gentleman named Timothy answered my call. I explained that I had only received part of my order and he went into the computer and found my order. As I stated, I had ordered the 2018 Storm Prep Kit. The rep that had taken my order had placed it as the "basic" generator package even though my order stated that it was the Storm Prep package. Timothy went in and straightened my order out with no problem. He had to reorder the "bonuses" that came with the Storm Prep Kit.

On the 1st of October 2018, I received my Patriots Power Hub and nothing else consisting of my order. I called Customer Service again and got the same CSR (Timothy). He once again went through my order and informed me that the "missing" items that I had not received had been "picked" at the warehouse and was being "prepped" for shipping. During the entire conversation that I had with Timothy (which was 3 conversations in total as of this post), he made me confortable, he was extremely informative and was very professional about the whole ordeal. I was extremely impressed! Timothy made me feel as if I was "family" and he assured me that I would receive everything that I had ordered.

You guys should be proud of Timothy for the job that he does. I feel as if he went "above and beyond" his normal duties as a Customer Service and Product Representative. He deserves a 5-star rating in customer service and satisfaction. I wish all Customer Service Representatives were like Tumothy. He is a true asset to your company.

I had no problems getting my order! I've ordered three times and just placed another order. I have ordered the Alexa Pro water system, the power hubs and 3 months supply of food and so far I've been very happy. Customer service is very informative, and I receive an email daily.

I'm reading comments and one thing is for sure, you CAN'T please people all the time! So I'm giving them a 5-star rating and will order as needed. I have been pleased with the service. Some of the food I don't care for, but the Kroger store is full of food I don't care for. Granny's potato soup is one of my favorites. I will order from them again within a day or two. This company is not a scam.

I was wondering about the type of food and service I would be getting if I ordered anything from this company. Well, I decided to try their products and so I ordered a 72-hour food package. I received the order promptly and decided to try it. We (my wife and I) decided to try it. With very little trouble we sit down to a great meal. It was really great to have a meal and meals without a lot of trouble, and when we use the plastic bowls, plates, and glasses, there is no cleanup. We have decided if and when we ever go camping, we will order more of these to take with us. We have been watching the news and have decided we may want to put several in the trunk of our vehicle in case something bad does happen. These will also be good in case of a natural disaster such as Harvey until help does arrive.

I tried the super cookies that Food 4 Patriots offers. I took my grandsons fishing about one month back. I took some snacks including the Emergency Good rations. They are like a larger square cookie. My grandsons are picky about their snack. During the fishing trip, the boys got hungry. They each tried it and enjoyed the cookie. I keep some with me when I am going to the mountains or long trips in the event of getting stuck in traffic, or it's a long period between meals. Great products to enjoy for camping, hunting, fishing, traveling or an emergency.

We have been buying the survival food from Food 4 Patriots for a few years now, and have found that it is better than most of our perper food out there. It is good tasting and convenient. When we go to the woods to make firewood, I open a package and put it in my Big Yeti thermos poor in the boiling water, close it up, and at lunchtime we have a nice HOT good tasting meal. Like everything nowadays, it is pricey but not near as bad as most out there.
