I have been purchasing for the past few years, and yes, the drama sale can get old. But I have always received my item without delays and with good communications. When I called about a question, they were very polite and helpful, and yes, I have tried several of the items with no issues. Much better than having MRE's.

I order from them all the time. If I have any problems I call and they are addressed immediately. I rarely have a problem though. I have eaten some of the food and it is by far better than the prepackaged stuff from the store they feed us every day like Hamburger Helper & Mac and Cheese, etc. I don't have an order number as I don't keep slips but I will come back when I get another order with one.

I have been purchasing products from this company, Food 4 Patriots, for approximately two years and have been completely satisfied with their product and customer service. During all this time I have never had to contact their office about any concerns.

Their food groups are very tasty and well prepared and preserved.

I have order stuff about five times from food, seeds, and filtration straw. I never had a problem with my order. I tried one package, and it was great. My wife and I are retired, and we keep some around in case our SS checks or disable checks don't come, we have a good supply to get through awhile.

This food is awesome! My husband surprised me with dinner tonight, and I told him it was the greatest. He told me it was the Grandma’s Potatoe Soup from the kit! I would have never thought it was. Also, you can’t beat the prices.

I have ordered just about one of everything that they sell, and I never had a problem with any orders I placed. All the meals I have tried have tasted better than I expected, so I gave Food 4 Patriots five stars. Oh and I also recommend Food 4 Patriots to family and friends.

First off, I have to say that these guys are great! I have been a client of Food 4 Patriots for 8 to 10 years. I have purchased many of the food kits, veggie kits, 72-hour kits and even the Alexapure Pro. Every order that I have purchased has been exactly what you stated, and exactly what I expected. The food kits are fantastic! We eat them while camping, hiking, and even as breakfast or dinner on occasions. From a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to give these guys a very strong 9 in regards to the food products and the Alexapure water purifier.

Now, as for customer service. They have a representative named Timothy in their Customer Service and Products Department. I want to tell you that he is one of the best CSRs that I have ever had the opportunity to talk to. Let me give you a little background so you can see why I say this. On the 14th of September 2018, I ordered their 2018 Patriot Storm Prep Generator Kit plus "bonuses." Which came with the Patriots 1500 watt generator, solar panel, LED light string, solar light, Power hub, Power bank, Cart, 72-hour food kit and several reports and book. When I received my Patriot generator on the 25th of September 2018, it had several of the "bonuses" missing. Roughly half of the order.

When I called Customer Service, a gentleman named Timothy answered my call. I explained that I had only received part of my order and he went into the computer and found my order. As I stated, I had ordered the 2018 Storm Prep Kit. The rep that had taken my order had placed it as the "basic" generator package even though my order stated that it was the Storm Prep package. Timothy went in and straightened my order out with no problem. He had to reorder the "bonuses" that came with the Storm Prep Kit.

On the 1st of October 2018, I received my Patriots Power Hub and nothing else consisting of my order. I called Customer Service again and got the same CSR (Timothy). He once again went through my order and informed me that the "missing" items that I had not received had been "picked" at the warehouse and was being "prepped" for shipping. During the entire conversation that I had with Timothy (which was 3 conversations in total as of this post), he made me confortable, he was extremely informative and was very professional about the whole ordeal. I was extremely impressed! Timothy made me feel as if I was "family" and he assured me that I would receive everything that I had ordered.

You guys should be proud of Timothy for the job that he does. I feel as if he went "above and beyond" his normal duties as a Customer Service and Product Representative. He deserves a 5-star rating in customer service and satisfaction. I wish all Customer Service Representatives were like Tumothy. He is a true asset to your company.

I had no problems getting my order! I've ordered three times and just placed another order. I have ordered the Alexa Pro water system, the power hubs and 3 months supply of food and so far I've been very happy. Customer service is very informative, and I receive an email daily.

I'm reading comments and one thing is for sure, you CAN'T please people all the time! So I'm giving them a 5-star rating and will order as needed. I have not tried the food yet, but I plan on a test run! I am not affiliated in any way. I hope this helps the next person sitting on the fence about should I or shouldn't I order. I have been pleased with the service. Some of the food I don't care for, but the Kroger store is full of food I don't care for. Granny's potato soup is one of my favorites. I will order from them again within a day or two. This company is not a scam.

I was wondering about the type of food and service I would be getting if I ordered anything from this company. Well, I decided to try their products and so I ordered a 72-hour food package. I received the order promptly and decided to try it. We (my wife and I) decided to try it. With very little trouble we sit down to a great meal. It was really great to have a meal and meals without a lot of trouble, and when we use the plastic bowls, plates, and glasses, there is no cleanup. We have decided if and when we ever go camping, we will order more of these to take with us. We have been watching the news and have decided we may want to put several in the trunk of our vehicle in case something bad does happen. These will also be good in case of a natural disaster such as Harvey until help does arrive.

I tried the super cookies that Food 4 Patriots offers. I took my grandsons fishing about one month back. I took some snacks including the Emergency Good rations. They are like a larger square cookie. My grandsons are picky about their snack. During the fishing trip, the boys got hungry. They each tried it and enjoyed the cookie. I keep some with me when I am going to the mountains or long trips in the event of getting stuck in traffic, or it's a long period between meals. Great products to enjoy for camping, hunting, fishing, traveling or an emergency.

We have been buying the survival food from Food 4 Patriots for a few years now, and have found that it is better than most of our perper food out there. It is good tasting and convenient. When we go to the woods to make firewood, I open a package and put it in my Big Yeti thermos poor in the boiling water, close it up, and at lunchtime we have a nice HOT good tasting meal. Like everything nowadays, it is pricey but not near as bad as most out there.

I have been a customer for 4 or 5 years. I have tried food from the 72-hour packs, the coffee, freeze-dried fruits and some of the black beans. I live on a very limited budget, but have stockpiled enough food for my needs. I live alone, so I do not need as much as a family would need to have on hand. I will continue to purchase products as my budget allows. The foods that I sampled were good to very good in quality and taste. Try it, you'll like it!

The concept of Food 4 Patriots is an attention getter and I have been impressed with the diversity and quality of the products offered. We as a family have always been involved in emergency preparations and the constant improvement in long term food storage. As our family has grown and flown the coop, our emphasis has seemed to change a bit, reflecting numbers and lifestyles.

We have been anxious to see how the children and grandchildren evaluate current economic conditions and encourage them to seriously look at their conditions and revise our own situation as aging grandparents and how we would face various situations.

Being of an engineering background, I would appreciate some deeper specifications on the electrical and mechanical products to allow a more thorough evaluation on how we might use them in our particular situation. A tough "what if" look at situations and potential solutions might always be a learning experience.

My wife and I tried the potato soup a few weeks ago. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised. The taste was very good and it was a hearty meal. We made it according to directions, and it came out nice and thick. Which is the way we like it. At first, we were hesitant to open the package as it was supposed to be saved for an emergency, but we were glad we did. Since the package is opened we are going to enjoy the other meals. We are sure the grandkids will like the oatmeal breakfast. I think it is needless to say that we will be ordering more as we think that this food will be hard to beat.

I ordered several sun kettles. One came in broken (the inner glass liner was in shards). It sounded like a rain stick. I called Foo 4 Patriots and they immediately sent out a replacement. Good service!

I am pretty new to prepping for the future, but I found this site after looking at a few of the hard-core preppie sites, and they flat out scared me.

Food 4 Patriots not only provide ready food for the future, but peace of mind to know that we can be a community or alone, standing against whatever comes be it grid down situations, major weather impacts or SHTF. And knowing that I can be even just a little in control of my destiny helps me get through the night.

Food 4 Patriots is some of the best I have tasted in a while. I didn't follow anyone but read about it, it was like looking for a husband, only it came packed nice and tight. I could save it forever (25 years), and it would still taste good. In fact, I bought my three daughters some for a Christmas present because I knew that most kids don't read about the good things. Everyone is happy and to hear how people help out with some bars while stuck in a snow storm (white out) this a great thing in their favor, all I have purchased from them
