I have had very heavy callouses on my heels and balls of my feet for 65 years and have seen a podiatrist every 4-5 weeks since I was 15. I saw an ad for FootMedix on TV, looked into it and decided to try it since the ad's feet looked like mine (though not as heavily calloused) and the refund policy would give me time to see if it worked.

The callouses on the balls of my feet hurt due to nerve endings in them when I curled my toes. After one application, I could curl my toes with little or no pain.

Let me start by saying we live in Arizona, where we wear flip flops 75% of the year or more. That, along with extreme heat, dryness, and swimming a lot of the time lead to severe heal cracks in my feet that nothing has ever been able to heal.
