The ointment is coming along just fine. My feet still need a lot of work. The callouses are slowly diminishing. I like the product very much. I just wish it was not so expensive.

I started applying FootMedix the first week of June 2018. I followed the instructions very well, including the foot exercises. The skin under my foot became smooth with no rough and dead skin underneath. However, the pain is still present because of rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. I will continue to use FootMedix for whatever benefit I can get.

I have used 3.5 tubes of the cream so far, morning and night plus on my lower legs. My feet have not turned pink - they are the same color as before. I still have some dryness - not as bad as it was but it's still there. I have seriously wondered if using something else twice a day would do just as well and not cost so much.

I purchased this for my son mostly and also had my wife try it. They both had good results with this product. My son has eczema, and my wife has dry skin. My son believes this is the best product he has used that I have given to him. He still has dry skin, but it has improved. My wife also has good results and improved also. It may take a while to relieve all symptoms, but I am hopeful that the dry cracked skin will be a thing of the past.

The product is helping my feet. I just wish it was quicker. Everything is becoming softer, but just yesterday a crack on my little toe (of all places!) opened. I hope this is not typical and will be short-lived.

I had problems initially getting my order but started using it as soon as I got it. The biggest improvement was in the first week. Since then it has been slower and some spots just maintaining. Not sure why this is happening but I still use it every day. Cracking and calluses are much better. I would recommend it to everyone with problem feet!

I have diabetes that has resulted in numb toes and the ball of my left foot. I tried expensive supplements to no avail.

A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I left for a weeklong trip to Cabo San Lucas. Before we left, my sister-in-law handed me a bottle of FootMedix and told me to use it for my feet. Since my feet get dry, cracked, and get split open skin when I go barefoot for more than a couple of days, I made sure to use it twice a day to keep my feet smooth. I wore no shoes for the entire trip and suffered no foot problems.

When I got back home, I told my brother about the cream and that I noticed that the numbness in my foot had decreased. That is when he told me that the cream was formulated to help people with diabetic-influenced foot troubles. I plan on using this in the future. The only problem is the ridiculously high price for the cream. Time for some other companies to develop their own lines and introduce a little price competition.

Good progress after one month of use. I still have cracking in both heels, but they appear to be diminishing. I also have been using the product on calluses on the outer side of both big toes. It looks like those calluses are diminishing, but more slowly than the cracked heels. I should have a better idea for a full yes or no recommendation after another six weeks of use (or until current supply expires).

My feet weren't severely cracked but its always been very dry with lines, so I decided to try this product. Upon using it, I saw how the skin became red with circulation blood flow which made it look quite nice, and I will be using it regularly. I thank you, and my daughter thanks you since I gave her a tube.

I have just received my second tube if Dermal Medix. The painful cracks on my heels are diminishing, and the calluses are dropping off. I am impressed with the product.

All of the customer service representatives have been kind and courteous, but there has been a lot of confusion around my account. I have been a little surprised about the number of mistakes around my simple one tube order, but I have finally received my long awaited second tube. I look forward to now seeing how the continued use of your product will help my feet to heal completely!
