Quick and reassuring
I went online and clicked on a debt relief link. I wasn't having a hard time paying my bills, but all my money was going towards paying bills. An agent called within minutes. He explained my options and which one fit my situation best. I still wasn't sure this was the route I wanted to go. It was a scary thought, and I felt irresponsible. I researched Freedom Debt Relief and they were rated among the best.
A few months later I decided it was a smart decision and I wasn't alone in making that decision. I contacted the original agent to start the process. I contacted the original agent because he made me feel at ease about my decision, was not pushy, and talked to me like a real person. I was approved and enrolled within an hour. I couldn't be more happy with my decision.

So far so good
Well, the whole not making payments sends my anxiety shooting through the roof, but I came to a point where I wouldn't be able to feed my family if I continued to put debt before everything else. They helped with the step by step process. It has only been the first month, and I'm pretty good on making my payments, especially when it goes down from four payments to one, so time will tell. I'll update my review or review again after about a year.

Breathing room again
We started running into difficulties in Washington, rent was soon going up yet again, and winters were beginning to be too hard on us. My wife had a family emergency and had to come to Arizona for six weeks to care for her Mom and during that time we thought it best to return to Arizona permanently, so we would be handy for her Mom, and I would be closer to my son. The move about killed us financially, we had to max out the credit cards, and our electric bill down here was almost $400 a month...a far cry from the less than $90 we were paying up north. We thought our only option was bankruptcy, but Freedom is saving us from that though, and it wouldn't be as damaging to our credit rating.

Peace of mind
My first contact with Freedom Debt Relief was great. I was informed of what they can do and what I have to do. However, I am only in the first stages and am waiting to see the initial payments to my creditors. My second payment will occur 10/3/18, that puts two months in my account. Hopefully, that will be enough to begin the process with my creditors.

Piece of mind
Finally, I have peace of mind. I have been making the minimum payments after I lost my job and found that I was not getting anywhere also I had very little money left to pay my regular bills. I was struggling. I couldn't sleep, I was miserable.
I came across Freedom Debt Relief and was set up in under one hour. I could finally breathe again. I didn't know how much weight I was carrying until it was lifted off my shoulders. Bills are getting paid, and I have a little extra left out of my paycheck.
I highly recommend this company. Everything was explained and there were no surprises. They were very professional and empathetic. I felt understood. It's hard at first, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. If you are drowning in debt, this company can help.

Better than expected progress on landing settlements
The settlements started coming in the first month of using the service. They have continued at a rate that exceeds my expectation. As soon as I am able to provide a higher payment per month, I will do that to make the payoffs more quickly. Customer service has been available with very short wait times and have answered all of my questions.

Very informative
I started this process confused and stressed, as I have been struggling to get ahead in life by paying extra every month on my minimum payments, but only to find out since I have paid extra, I have had no extra cash, which resulted in me using my credit cards again for basic necessities. Very comfortable doing business with Freedom Financial

I have been in the program only a couple of months. They just increased my payment by $100 per month, which calculates that I will be debt free nine months earlier than first estimated! Great news for me. That's nine months closer to affording a new vehicle I desperately need!

No more sleepless nights
After a car accident and my husband being laid off from work for months, I got severely behind on a credit card. I had several other debts which I struggled to keep current, but this credit card company kept piling on late fees, over limit fees, etc. I was one catastrophe away from a calamity and I couldn't pay. Helpful customer service
The consultant I spoke to was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I ended up having to call her back later in the day, and she was very accommodating. She gave me her direct line so that I could talk to her and not another representative. The whole process was well explained and went very smoothly. I am looking forward to being out of debt much sooner than paying minimum credit card payments.
