I was 100% satisfied with my outcome after contacting Freedom Debt Relief. I have been trying to get out of credit card debt (again), and after my husband died, was just making minimum payments that would have had me paying for ten years or more, not to mention all the interest that was going to be paid over time. After struggling to obtain a consolidation loan (with no luck), I just didn't want to go out with a bankruptcy and determined that Freedom was my best choice. After contacting them, I decided on the spot to enroll. The biggest attraction is that I make the final decision on the settlement amounts. But overall, they keep you involved, and I think that is important because it's my debt, not theirs.

Very prompt with the paperwork needed and have already started negotiations with my creditors and my payments to them. I took the call by chance one morning, even though I usually do not answer telemarketing calls. After receiving the offer, I was struck dumb and didn't believe it was true. There were no pressures, just solid information and the facts. I'm glad Adam hung in there with me! He is also with me through the entire process, and I can call him anytime. The stress and aggravation are gone and I feel like I can get back on track.

Cory has been great to work with. He explained the program to me in detail. When going over the paperwork, he made sure I understood. I didn't feel like he was being judgemental at all. He has answered my questions through email in a timely manner. Which has been great because I come up with a LOT! I am only one month into the program. But so far so good. It is nice knowing that in 4 years I will have all of my debt paid off. Cory also gave me some pointers on how to put money back for emergency/or a nest egg so to speak. I do recommend this program. I have had other friends discuss other programs. Their experience has not been so easily set up as FDR has been.
