I initially applied for a loan and was offered a debt relief program. I was a little unsure about it at first, but afterward, I realized how lucky I was to have been dealing with Daniel Rodriguez. He walked me through everything step by step and did not give up on me through answering all my questions, in which I had a lot of questions. I went from being stressed out and unsure of how to meet and deal with my financial situation, to feeling confident that I made the right decision and I now had a sense of confidence that I was not in over my head anymore. This whole process felt friendly, professional, confident, and secure.
The client dashboard allows me to keep up with all the stages of the process and the starter packet I received in the mail covers everything and anything I could want to know, as well as how to respond to any creditors should I talk with them. I was even contacted by a LEGAL TEAM to assure me they would be here for me for any legal issues that may come up during the length of my program. I feel like this was one of the best decisions I have made for a long time. Thank you.

I have called Freedom Debt Relief four times in the past seven days attempting to complete a settlement with a company that filed a suit against me after I was already enrolled in the debt relief program. Each time I called I was told "we have to wait" for something, either an answer from the law firm handling the suit, or the negotiator to update my account, or the fax I sent them to be taken from the fax machine and entered into my record. It was a ridiculous amount of time considering that I had only ten days from 2/28 to make the first payment on the settlement. I offered to make the payment myself and was told this would not be a good idea. Now it is day eight with the weekend coming tomorrow and I hope they get the check by phone payment done today or my settlement agreement will expire.

Every time I have called in with questions or concerns, all of the employees have demonstrated helpful, friendly and professional demeanors. I have been a client for about four years and have only dealt with nice people. It is a comfort to know my debt will soon be paid off. Not only has Freedom Debt Relief been a live saving program to get me out of debt in a short period of time, which has had both my wife and myself able to put money aside to do more to enjoy the years that we have together. Another great thing about this program is, after having open heart surgery for aortic valve replacement, I have been able to withdrawal from my account to help pay for some unexpected bills instead of having them pile up. I would encourage anyone to enroll in this program and make life a little easier to handle.

Bad things happen to good people. Life not going the way we plan, defying all of what good stewardship is all about. I was asking for refinancing or personal loan to possibly repay at lower interest. But, I couldn’t find a yes...and started praying for some insight on what to do. I don’t know everything. I was on the Facebook feed when FreedomDebtRelief literally popped up, as if it took the place of what was there before at that millisecond. I called, spoke with Jaime Miranda. He was awesome, helping me through shame and humble humility that I couldn’t stay afloat anymore, and Jaime proceeded to encourage. I was well versed about each step and what to expect, how to follow the progress on the website, and after a very few months have already negotiated and on my way to recovery and respectfully repaying my debt off...and for way less money had I been struggling for the rest of my life to pay off.
I have learned very valuable lessons, and grace and mercy are prevailing!

I’m new but so far folks have been helpful in all aspects of the deal. Good at answering questions and dealing with creditors. I’ve not had any harassing calls at this time. The only thing I haven’t done yet is read all the agreement paperwork. Just hoping no surprises there. Everything looks good at this time, but it’s still early.

Even though it seems like a long time, FDR has helped me climb out of debt. They have helped me settle credit card debt that I foolishly accumulated. They are helpful and resourceful making this an easy process. Even when there were legal problems with one of my cards in the program, they were quick to take action and resolve it!

I have nothing but good to say about the help that Freedom Debt Relief has shown me. At a time when my debt was more than my income, that one phone call has changed my life. They have already paid off bills for me, and by the end of June of this year, I will be well on my way to becoming debt free. I was recently issued a summons saying I was being sued. I called Freedom Debt Relief about my issue. I have attorney help with Freedom Debt, also they gave me their number where I was able to get ahold of them for this issue. They were very helpful and working with me on this matter fast and very knowledgeable on my situation. I would recommend Freedom Debt Relief and their legal experts to help with all your needs. Beginning this process was very stressful for me; however, Christine took her time and walked me through every inch along the way. She calmed my fears and anxiety. I hit a few bumps but Christine was always there.
Before starting, I did research on the web and noticed that Freedom’s name came up quite a few times as the best debt relief for my problem. It wasn’t as hard as I worried it would be. Moving with my father and taking care of him caused problems that were spinning out of control financially. Having peace of mind for his golden years is the most important thing and with Freedom that’s exactly what I found. Not only will my father live out his golden years, I will be able to finally start enjoying my own retirement!
I would highly recommend Freedom to anyone who needs help getting out of debt.

I was contacted by Freedom Debt Relief regarding credit card debt that I have. Up to this point, the people who I've talked to have been very friendly and informative concerning my role with Freedom Debt Relief. From the beginning, I was reassured that my debt ratio would be reduced and my creditors have been responding as I was told they would. I’ve saved money by doing these steps. My only regret is the hit to my credit score. I’m not sure how long it takes to restore that. Also, I would like to receive credit counseling and assistance in budget management.
