Makes my head feel heavy and make me hungry! Unfortunately, a waste of my money. The reviews were so good but it all boils down to healthy eating. They're probably good for the b12 intake but that's about it I'd say.

No. They did nothing for me. I even gained some weight. Would not recommend. Wasted money. Would not buy again. They did nothing!

I’ve had 6 bottles of Goli, I haven’t lost 1 pound, it does not suppress my appetite. I keep the jars sealed tightly in my clean, dry pantry, but when I go to reopen the jar, fruit flies come out! I’ve even bitten a few! I wonder if the FDA inspects the factory. I’m grossed out and angry with the entire product!

I tried a 1-month supply of these gummies and I think the added sugar in them caused my cravings to rear their ugly head. I have recently lost 25 lbs from eating healthy and exercising and thought I may benefit from these. I looked forward to a gummy treat every day, that’s it.

I’m on my fourth bottle. I’ve been taking them 3 times a day and have not seen any results. They taste very sweet and are very slimy. Gross.

The only thing they have going for them is that they taste good. They don’t do anything magical and they are way too expensive. I never experienced any benefits and they have too much sugar in them.

The gummies all stick together in one big wad that is stick inside the jar. I will never buy Goli again. I have not found any benefit from taking the Goli Apple Cider Vinegar product.
