After 3 bottles, I feel no different, no major changes. Just an expensive lollie really, with no real advantages. Save money by having liquid ACV in a glass of warm water and honey, be doing the same.

Only been using for 2 weeks and tummy has settled, less bloating, easy and yummy. Keep beside my bed, will keep experimenting. Only downside so far is the price.

No. They did nothing for me. I even gained some weight. Would not recommend. Wasted money. Would not buy again. They did nothing!

I have only been taking Goli Gummies for not quite 2 weeks. Love the energy it gives me, I didn't have much energy before. And it does curb my hunger, I have lost 5lbs more along, making a total of 135lbs, but gummies to work.

I must say since I started taking Goli my acid reflux is better. I tell you, I use to take Tums and Nexium just to make it through the day. I used to wake up all times of the night because of my acid reflux but now I am grateful for Goli. My God, something is finally working.

I started taking Goli in March of 2020 and I have lost 10 pounds in 3 months. I exercised probably once a week and it curved my cravings so I didn't eat as much. If you aren't ready to work out then I don't recommend it.

Have tried for one week. Flavor is great. Tried liquid vinegar but could not continue. Taste is awful. Great way to get vinegar into the system.
