The indestructible pan is barely 3 months old and it is scratching. This pan is a scam.

My dad bought this pan because he's had a stroke and only has use of one hand. He figured it was the perfect pan to meet his needs. Well it did for about the first 8-10 times he used it. After that all it does is stick. So expensive for such a poorly made frying pan. False advertising and deceiving to those consumers that are vulnerable.

I watched the ad on TV. I actually bought one at Giant Tiger store. I liked the pan however. They advertise "millions" sold. So I ordered the complete set from Gotham.ca too. I went to check on order and saw that none of the products were in stock.
So I called the customer service number, and they won't have stock until "maybe" the end of the first week of October.
I placed an order beginning of September which I was also charged the full 361.00 for. The lady on phone said, “you won't be charged for your order”. I told her I've already been charged. She got a little rude and said, “Oh, within in 24 hours that charge will come back.” If they advertise that "millions sold", why are they out of stock?
Let's see when I get my money back. Maybe they shouldn't sell a product they don't have. So the customer has to wait for them to get product (a month), then wait for another how long before they finally receive the product. Sketchy.

I ordered the one small pan and then another complimentary pan. The automatic phone order constantly added advertisements, which was very annoying, but not as annoying when my $19.99 plus shipping order came to over $100. I called the next day to cancel, only to learn that I was not in the system. Good, I thought, my hang up on them was acknowledged. No, it is already on its way with no way to cancel. I never received that email with my confirmation number. My advice. Do not place orders with them.

I was so disappointed with the Gotham Copper Skillet. After the second use, everything cooked in it stuck, even with oil or Pam Spray. Save your money and don't buy. The skillet was only used by me, a senior citizen and was wiped out at first but now has to be hand washed. Wish I had seen this site before I purchased.

Seen the pan on TV so I bought one. Next morning broke two eggs in the pan to cook, had to scrape them out of pan. Bought at Wal-mart. Stay away from these pans.

I'm looking for the perfect "no hands" over medium, egg flipping pan I can find. My five year old scratched up Teflon pan was no longer working as well as it used to, meaning eggs didn't slide around as well as they used to.
This pan may as well be a dry, unseasoned iron skillet. These eggs stick instantly, low heat, high heat, medium heat on an expensive gas stove.
Oil heats up faster than you can crack an egg into it, they stick terribly with oil. They seem to do ok with a heavy dousing of non-stick spray, but that makes the eggs taste weird and besides, that defeats the purpose, right.
The worst pan I've ever used for eggs! Worst no stick surface I've ever used in 40 years of cooking.

I ordered through Publishers Clearinghouse. I cooked an egg & it stuck. The advertisement is false. I would NOT recommend to anyone. I want my money back.

I did not accept the order online and they sent it to me anyway. I was told to just return it to the post office. The post office said if I do that there is no proof I sent it back. So I had to pay to send it back and extra cost for a signature proofing they received the product. Then I get a credit on my credit less their postage and handling. I paid a lot of money for 2 pans I did not want or have now. Not a professional company to deal with.

When I got it I was really impressed how well things slid around. Even too good, I could not get the spatula under things to turn them. It slowly got less slick. Then it became the worst pan ever after a couple months. There is nothing you can do to use it. Adding oil will not even make it not stick like glue. Everything sticks to it like glue. Worse than a stainless steel pan that was soaked in detergent and used without oil.
