The commercials are showing a different product. My Gotham steel pan burnt eggs and it stuck. I tried with and without butter and it sticks every time and it's not easy to clean. Garbage product. I'd post a picture and video if I could to show how crappy this is.

The 11-inch fry pan got a chip in it, and now some food is sticking to it. So much for their warranty; what a ripoff. I am not happy with their product. Seems to me that it's false advertising.

I bought a Gotham pan at Canadian Tire in Victoria, British Columbia, and it worked great the first few times. After about ten uses it is useless. Everything sticks to it. Even poached eggs stick! Today was the final straw and into the steel recycle bin it goes. I am wondering if something screws up if you overheat it? I won't be buying another one. Back to my good old favorite cast iron pan.

I'm highly disappointed with this garbage. Now I'm stuck with them and I bought the whole set. It only took a month and they scratched. I wish I could get my money back to buy a different set, but the money back guarantee doesn't go for people who buy them at Walmart. Don't waste your money because there is no money back guarantee.

I got the square frying pan with handle for Christmas with no instructions except on the box (purchased at Costco).

I loved it at first and knew better than to use metal on it, but there was no reason not to use butter for fat of any kind. It started to stick, so I called the company, and they gave me a story about not using high heat, no oil or butter (yadda yadda), and if I email the receipt, they will send a new pan.

I found the receipt but am not holding my breath about getting results when I call again. I am hopeful, but not counting on a new pan.

My husband got this pan for me because I wanted it. The pan has not done anything that it was supposed to do! Everything sticks to it, but it is easy to clean, LOL. Really for the money, it should do everything it said it would do!

We bought two of these pans. Neither performs as advertised. Both scratched and can no longer be properly cleaned. We contacted the company, who told us to send them back with $9.99 shipping for each. That's no warranty I'm interested in. It's basically buying two more at half price every couple months. Don't waste your money.

These pans are a rip-off. It worked for the first two or three times, then it stops working. If you want your eggs to stick like glue, this pan is for you. If you follow the guide exactly, it still does not matter. My pan and square griddle are ready for the trash, and I have had them for only around 4-5 months. They are horrible. They can't be cleaned, and I have never put them in my dishwasher. Nope. Not for me. I just threw away money.

I just bought this pan from the store. I needed it specifically because what I was cooking had to be on a non-stick pan. I used it and all the stuff from the material that I was using stuck to the pan. This pan sucks and is a waste of money.

We bought our Gotham steel pan at Canadian tire in Charlottetown, we went home and read the instructions on how to care and use this pan.

Without any doubt, this is as bad as any cheap pan we have bought. We can not cook anything without it sticking, regardless of whether it's on low, high or medium heat, with or without oils or butter!

Eggs, bacon, pancakes, makes no difference, sticks like glue and it's very hard to clean. What a rip off!

I hope a national news reporter buys one and then exposes this pan. We would not recommend this pan to our worst enemy!

I would actually give this product a 'zero' rating if possible. I bought the Gotham Steel Pan and was extremely disappointed with the product. It was nothing like the advertisements. My egg burnt right to the pan and everything I have ever tried to cook in it has stuck and burnt to the pan. This product is falsely advertised. Save your money.
