I purchased the 12.5" frying pan. Seemed to cook and clean up easily at first. I followed the directions and never used non-stick cooking sprays. Now food burns very easily, and it's impossible to clean the pan regardless of soaking and scrubbing. Worthless! I'm requesting a refund from Bed Bath & Beyond.

I received this product as a Christmas gift and was very excited to use it. The first time I used it, it seemed to be alright, but it didn't exactly seem to be as portrayed in the commercials. The more I used it the worse it got. I think it is the worst pan I have ever used. I can't fry anything in it without it sticking.

I really think this is a serious case of consumer fraud and misleading the public. I am currently trying to find a way to return it, but am also finding this to be very difficult, and I am not surprised that this is so difficult as the product itself is a piece of garbage. I hope this message goes to the proper person that can reimburse me the $30.00 that this piece of crap cost.

Save your cash; this is a piece of junk. The pan works very well if you want things to stick. Better than glue. I have washed and tried to use is several times and the food sticks even better than before. Absolute scam. And there is no humans to respond to getting a refund. Just a recording. You eventually give up and place the pan where it belongs - in the garbage.

Gotham Steel is NOT nonstick. My 3-quart pan burned syrup and I took the finish off getting it off. It stuck like concrete. I've been on the phone with the company for 18 minutes. No resolve at all. The rep was nice but had no options.

Terrible product, very dissatisfied. It does not cook bacon crispy, clean up is not good at all, oil from bacon sticks to the bottom of the pan, too small; not worth the money at all. I hope no one wasted their money or time ordering this bacon pan. I purchased one for myself and one for my father and stepmother for Christmas, and now another gift will differently have to be bought.

It worked like advertised on TV the first time (with eggs). The second time, I became concerned, it was sticking. The third time, the eggs were sticking a bit even with oil, the fourth use revealed the truth, the product must be covered with a magic film that only works for a short period before wearing away. By then, most people have lost the receipt or worse, if they purchased online, they don't want to go through the return process.

I just returned the junk to Walmart where I purchased it (I had kept my receipt, thank heaven).

I had to put one star because they don't have a "no stars" option. This product, like all other nonstick pans, works like crap. When new, it worked ok, but after a dozen uses, its true colors came out, the color of burnt. I should have known. Damned TV commercials. Anyway, it's crap.

My review has to do with how long it takes to receive the product, as I haven't yet. I placed the order on December 10th, with 2 days to get the shipping info to FedEx, 2 more days for the order to arrive at FedEx, 4(!) days to get it out of the FedEx facility and en route, and then a projected 9 days to get it from Nevada to Florida by projected December 27th! This is ridiculous! Absurd! Outrageous!

If you're in a hurry to get your order, good luck! I will certainly never place another order for this product regardless of how good it might be!

I was given a Gotham Steel 12" frying pan as a gift. The first time I used it, I didn't use any grease, as suggested. My eggs stuck to the pan and they were so dry and rubbery. I tried it again frying up chicken, and again everything stuck in the middle of the pan. Next, I tried using a little olive oil and still everything stuck to the pan.

My cousin had the same problem with her frying pan. I also have a Copper Chef pan, and it is fantastic and does what it claims. Nothing sticks to it, and it is so easy to clean. So my advice is to stay away from buying Gotham Steel, it is a rip-off. If you want a good quality copper pan, go with Copper Chef.

They were a Christmas gift last year. Well, these pans, after a month of use stick so bad, you have to use lots of oil. They are now warped on the bottom, so they don't cook evenly. Worse pans ever. I am not sure what to buy. I think we are going to cast iron pans. They are heavy, but as long as I have to use a lot of oil may as well get these.

Stuff sticks. Eggs, potatoes, everything. It does burn and is NOT how it is advertised. I went back to my old iron skillet, which I have used for the past 40 years. I'll stay with it. I was going to send it back to the company, but my children said to keep it and "SHOW" this product to all company. I cook only for my husband and my self. No large family since children are all married and out of the house.
