This product is a sham. Shame on these people. I used it for a month, and it worked fine. Since I cook hash browns and they stick and burn, you have to use a wire brush to get it out of the pan. I also have cut marks in the pan, which is not supposed to happen, what a joke. This is false advertising at its best. My next step is to contact Fox News, etc. to show this product to be a joke.

I bought these pans at BJ's Wholesale Club since I thought that it was a great price. They are not what the infomercial says. You have to use oil or butter, otherwise everything sticks. When I called the company and complained they said I could send them back for a replacement, but I would have to pay for the shipping. And they really weren't very apologetic about it at all.

I needed a pan to fry venison steaks without sticking. I thought I'd found the perfect pan until the bottom warped so badly until it won't sit on the glass cooktop without wobbling. It also began to stick after this; I wouldn't buy another. Furthermore, this happened after the 90-day warranty expired.

I bought these pans about a year ago. After a few months everything started to stick a little bit, but now everything sticks all over the pans. Don't waste your hard earned money. Buy a cheap pan from Canadian Tire or Walmart for $9.99 when they are on sale. You won't feel bad when you have to toss it.

Everything advertised about this pan is a lie, it sticks, it burns, and it scratches. I own the pan and the pan is ready for the trash. All advertisements are a lie. The pan lasted me two months. I do not recommend anyone to purchase this pan, it's a waste of money. I hated it.

Months ago, I ordered two pans and one lid. Months later, after receiving the pans, I inquired about the lid and was advised the lids were all canceled because they're not making them anymore. No customers were notified, and they refused to send a return label for the pans, and I was advised if returned, no refund because it has been too long.

I have had this pan set for less than a year. They were ok the first time I used them, then they just got worse every time thereafter. They are absolutely not what they say they are. No butter or oil my hiney! Eggs, I need to use at least a tablespoon of oil or butter and that doesn’t even make them slide around like in the infomercial. I’ve never been able to get anything to not stick to these! The dollar store shouldn’t accept them. So if you have bought these, or are still going to because you don’t believe me, then don’t be dumb like I was, fill out your warranty! Every pan in the set is garbage!

These are the worst cooking pots and pans I ever bought and used! They not only stick but in some cases, they are very dangerous. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, as I bought several sizes. The store offered to have me return them but that is too much drama! I bought them online, and the research and calls just discouraged me. I bought a new cast iron dutch casserole and a skillet, they work just fine, I grew up using them.

I called customer service about the sticking pan, and I was told to pay $9.95 for the replacement. The pan lasted four months. Their customer service told how to clean pan, but after cleaning the pan, it suck even worse. The pan is definitely not as advertised.

Garbage, that’s where it ended up. Does not perform as advertised. Food sticks to the pan and is hard to clean. A waste of money as we had to throw it out. I did not use any oils or butter as directed.

The pan began to quit releasing food in an acceptable fashion. This started after less than one month of limited service. Other Gotham Steel pans followed suit shortly afterward.

Very disappointing. Advised friends not to purchase.
