I have just used the frying pan once so not sure how it will hold up. From the above reviews I have a feeling it will not be positive. My complaint is with the company. I ordered the pans and then discovered they had other products. My niece is getting married and I thought I would buy her a complete set. Sent a request to cancel the original order as I was reordering. No answer, sent another request, now answer. Now I was told that it would take two to three weeks to get the product. Guess what? A couple days later I was told my order was shipped. That gave me an uncomfortable feeling, they didn't believe me and wanted to make it impossible for me to cancel. I have a feeling I am going to regret this purchase. But on the other hand, I didn't buy all the other stuff. Be careful with this outfit, they are not on the level. However if you do order, and don't want to wait two or more weeks, wait a day and cancel the order, it will be shipped immediately.

The TV commercial said buy one and get one free. This is about them lying and sending too many items that we did not order. They sent us 3 and we paid for all three. We have already sent one pan that we did not order back and expect a refund on two, since we were told one was free. We made at least 5 calls now to no avail. Next is the BBB. Send us our money now. Thank you.

Just received two Gotham Steel pans. Included with each pan was an Arbitration Agreement, should I want to file a claim. If I don't agree then I should return the pans in 30 days. If this product is so good, why do they include an Arbitration Agreement with their products?

Initially I thought the Gotham Steel Pan was the greatest fry pan I ever used, but it slowly lost its non-stick quality to the point where everything stuck to it even after greasing the pan before frying. It looked and sounded too good to be true. Whatever the pan is initially coated with wears off quickly and it turns into the cleaning nightmare you are used to. The company was willing to "repair" my pan if I mailed it to them with a check for $9.95. Their lifetime guarantee is definitely misleading! Stay away from this company and if you want to try the pan, buy the identical product from Bed Bath and Beyond for $16 where they honor the warranty without question.

I threw out my old fry pans thinking this was going to be the one. After about ten uses, everything now sticks to the bottom. Also, if you use metal, it will take off the surface.

I've read a number of reviews on these frying pans, ranging from 'the best' to 'the worst'! It is almost as if their manufacturer is producing inconsistent quality - with every other pan! All I can say is apparently I lucked out and got one of the good ones. I love this pan and use it every chance I get. That said, it is very lightweight, which my arthritic hands love, but makes me worry that it might not last long.

My son used it the other day, and he too fell in love with it and made me order one for him.

Hopefully he will get one of the good ones too!

Purchased the Gatham Steel Pan a few months back. I liked it the first few days, but when I tried to go without oil or butter my food stuck. Also, I have noticed scratches and I'm not rough with it. It's better than my older none stick pans but not as durable as they say.

Was great when first purchased. The longer we use it the more food sticks. Not worth the money. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Well at first the pans did everything the advertisements said but after a few weeks of using, scratches began forming and the food was sticking on worst than any other pan I use. I bought my pans through Regal but after purchasing, I would not recommend anyone to buy these ones.

This pan did not work from day one. Eggs stick and have to be thrown away as does anything else I have tried. If I put a pat of real butter in the pan then it works like the TV commercials show, but only when a pat of butter is melted first. This is a rip off but I will keep for eggs with the use of butter and get my money's worth out of it. I am amazed how products continue to be offered with false advertisements in this country. Shame on the makers of this product. BUT you do have my money don't you. Guess that was your intent all along.

Do not buy these pans, they are totally "ALL' stick, and definitely not "NON" stick. Going back to our old pans today. I will be taking these to the metal recycling facility tomorrow.

If someone files a class action lawsuit, make sure to include my name in the list of complainants. I'm sure the scam artist that came up with this concept is enjoying his villa in southern France.
