Not worth the money

By Renee LaFave, Parsons, TN, Verified Reviewer

Having seen the ads on TV and in catalogs, I decided to try them. I've been disappointed already in past cookware I've bought. It always ends up not being what is described.

These pans are no different. I just got them. The 12" fry pan so far has worked well, no sticking or scratching. However, the second time I used my big pot, while cleaning it out, I saw that the bottom was horribly pitted all over the bottom. I've been trying to call the number given for customer service and can NEVER get through. Bottom line is, don't bother.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The 9-inch skillets

By Elaine Benjamin, Ohio, Verified Reviewer

They stick really bad and nothing slides out like they said. I have to use oil just to be able to cook an egg in them, so it is not what I truly expected at all. I have a deep one I use for a deep fryer and it's ok, but nothing else.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Sticks

By Darryl Davis, Wilmington, NC, Verified Reviewer

Every time I cook eggs, no matter the style, they stick.

I got the two-pan set from QVC. I seasoned it according to the instructions but it doesn't work as advertised.

My stainless steel set I have sticks less, and it doesn't have a nonstick coating.

Sticking

By Roger Loupias, Reno, NV, Verified Reviewer

I can cook scrambled eggs on a low to medium heat, and I will be scraping the egg with a plastic spatula as it is sticking to the surface and will not just wipe clean. The pan needs to soak!

Not worth it

By Wayne, Athens, Tennessee, Verified Reviewer

They don't honor a warranty if you purchase this through a retailer. Customer service was rude and hung up on me.

So much hype, so little quality.

By James, Lancaster, PA, Verified Reviewer

I got this pan as a Christmas gift from my daughter. First use was amazing, then simple things like eggs started to stick. The finish is wearing very fast, and some things are burned and stuck on so bad that you couldn't clean it unless you scour with steel wool.

A worthless 90-day warranty will cost you more in return shipping, processing, and handling then it's worth.

Best to avoid this product.

I've tried

By Terry Inhestern, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I bought the pan because of the non-stick qualities expressed on their commercials. I even read the reviews on it, and 99% said it is a bad product to buy. But I bought one regardless.

It worked great at first, but the coating on the pan starts to dissipate. Then the nonstick properties are totally gone (I wonder where the coating went to?). I bought the "Heritage-Rock Collection" frying pan from Canadian Tire and hands down it is the best pan to use for cooking.

After one year of use, it simply works great and as good as the first day I used it (no sticking ever).

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I want to love it, but...

By Eve, Alberta, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I ordered two pans, and one arrived with a dent in it. It is not the end of the world, but kind of annoying.

I was more concerned about the magical non-stick powers! It's a decent pan, but my eggs will stick with or without oil (less with oil). I've read that non-stick coating in general last longer if you don't put them in the dishwasher (which I have been doing as per the commercial!), so maybe they should tell you that.

Overall, it is not as incredible as I was hoping. Maybe it's just certain foods that stick, but they've been great for pancakes and salmon. I haven't tried much else, but the eggs sticking was disappointing.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Excellent pan!

By Maria, Quebec, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I've had my pan for a month now and love it. It's just like in the infomercial on TV. Nothing sticks and it washes beautifully. I honestly don't understand why these other comments are so negative. It's not inexpensive, but all good pans are costly. I've used it to sauté meats and vegetables. It works wonderfully. If your food is burning maybe you shouldn't be cooking at maximum temperature. It still looks like new.

I bought mine at Jean Coutu in Montreal.

Fantastic pan

By Beth, Sarasota, FL, Verified Reviewer

I bought this pan thinking it could not be very good because it was so cheap. WRONG! I have used this pan for eggs, bacon, gravy, steaks, pork chops, raspberry oat bran cookies, cornbread and biscuits in the oven and many other things. I have had nothing stick, and the clean-up was simple. I REALY love this pan!

Not a satisfied customer

By Christine Wise, Alberta, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I purchased this item at my local Walmart and for the first month it worked great. Then in the second month, it started to stick. I am now four months in, and now it sticks with everything and doesn't even clean good anymore.

I have gone back to my old cast iron fry pan.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
