Will I ever learn not to buy something I see on an info? Eggs stuck to this pan the very first time I used it. I delayed using metal utensils for a while then I thought I could turn eggs easier with my metal spatula, so I used it very carefully making sure not to dig in. I noticed a few days later there was a deep scratch in the pan and then to add insult to injury the bottom of the pan rounded. So I have a ceramic cooktop and this pan spins around and sits uneven now. Don't waste your money.

Just received two Gotham Steel pans. Included with each pan was an Arbitration Agreement, should I want to file a claim. If I don't agree then I should return the pans in 30 days. If this product is so good, why do they include an Arbitration Agreement with their products?

I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my money. Does not work as advertised. Bought it yesterday, made simple sunny side up eggs. Cooked on a flame so low, you could barely see it. They still stuck and by the time I scraped them out of the pan, they were scrambled. Going back to my old non stick pans. This one may become a door stop. Would not recommend to anyone.

These pans worked for the first two uses, after that, food stuck to them while cooking like my other pans. They were easier to clean. I have been using them for 2 months now, so I am not throwing them out. Just very disappointed. When I called, the response was that they use them and they are great. I have had eggs burn as I tried to pry them from the pan (no, I did not use butter, oil, or spray). I thought that was the reason for buying these pans. Very very disappointed.

My husband purchased a Gotham Steel Frying Pan at Giant Tiger in Toronto, Ontario, and he has been going on and on about how wonderful this pan is.

He's cooked with it a few dozen times now and always makes comments on how impressed he is. This is someone who is really serious about his pots and pans, so I know this particular pan is special.

He just cooked up some dinner for us and I'm looking forward to it.

This pan did not work from day one. Eggs stick and have to be thrown away as does anything else I have tried. If I put a pat of real butter in the pan then it works like the TV commercials show, but only when a pat of butter is melted first. This is a rip off but I will keep for eggs with the use of butter and get my money's worth out of it. I am amazed how products continue to be offered with false advertisements in this country. Shame on the makers of this product. BUT you do have my money don't you. Guess that was your intent all along.

I received my pans this morning. I then went to the internet to see the reviews. As I checked my purchase and I find the glass cover which I paid for separately is damaged. I won't return it because of the postage. I will try the pan sometime today and hopefully will be able to get use out of them.

I received the Gotham Steel 9.5 pan as a gift for my birthday. I was very disappointed when it arrived. The outside of the pan was bent on 1 side and a big deep scratch on the outside. Not happy about the way the pan was delivered. How do I return it for another one in better shape? It was never used.

This is the worst pan my wife and I have ever used. I would no longer advertise this product. It doesn't perform as the company advertises in my opinion!

This item sucks. First time used after washing it and everything sticks to pan. Eggs stuck on the surface, I had to discard them after scraping them from the pan. Will return or discard as it is a bad product.

Had the frying pan for 4 months and guess what? It started to stick just like all other pans. This is a scam. Do not buy, you're wasting you money.

Ordered my pan from "Carol Wright Gifts". When I called them they said "Oh well too bad." Called Gothic, they said they had no recorded of my order. I should have know better. If it's too good to be true...
