I wasn't sure what size my thumb is so I ordered a bigger size and after rethinking, I wanted to change to a smaller size, so I called customer support but my order was already processed. I was disappointed so I was reached by Kevin and he helped me with my order sending me two rings of different sizes and trusting me with sending the wrong size back. I somehow managed to lose my Groove Ring. The next day I had a request from the Groove Ring company to rate the ring I had purchased. I included the story of how I lost my ring, and much to my surprise, I was contacted the very next day by Jennifer in Customer Service with a sympathetic response. I'm going to consider a different style but I do REALLY like the Groove Ring concept. It is a very comfortable item that you forget is even on your finger. Count me in as a repeat customer any time!

I decided on and purchased a Groove ring after watching their entertaining YouTube ads. The lifetime warranty was also a plus. Not only did my custom band and engraved box come WELL WITHIN the "5 business days" period, but imagine my surprise when I received TWO bands and engraved boxes. I immediately reached out to Groove rings to ask about returning one I did not order. Their response? Keep it on us. Are you SERIOUS? Not many companies would allow you to KEEP extra product, much less with a joyful response. You WILL continue to get my business, and I WILL go out of my way to share your company with others.
