I love my Groove rings! I have had other brands that have not impressed me. The customer service at Groove rings is top-notch. I currently wear their rings, because I am a wheelchair user. When metal rings hit door jambs it hurts like heck. I have had no problem with the Groove rings. I love the colors they come in, and so does my wife. Groove ring customer for life! Also, my brother wears one as he is an electrician, and can't wear metal. Great company, highly recommend!

Ok, so I ordered the San Francisco 49er rings in both colors and to be frankly honest here, I don't like them. I FREAKING LOVE THEM! I love the red one, don't get me wrong. I love it, but the black one...ahhhhhh! I love how this ring even feels on my hand! Yeah, Groove Life, you've got yourself a lifelong customer!

I have always worn my wedding diamond and band. On my right hand I wore my mom's rings. Over the years I’ve caused a leak in our waterbed. Recently I have experienced swollen knuckles. Needing to take my rings off so much became hard to do at times. Our daughter and son-in-law have Groove Life rings so because they love them so much I considered it. Only problem was trying to pick which ones I liked the best. I wanted so many of them. A chat with customer service helped me to get my size correct. Love love my rings and so comfortable!

I bought a ring two years ago before joining the military. I have not taken this ring off since and have put it through a lot. I have just recently had to replace it due to a small rip in the ring. I didn’t have it registered and couldn’t find the proof of purchase to exchange it. I contacted customer service on a holiday weekend not expecting an immediate response but yet they contacted me right away and took care of my exchange no questions asked. As an archaeologist, I have struggled for years with whether or not to wear my fancy, expensive wedding set while in the field. Our ring cracked due to lots of handwashing and being a maintenance person involves lots of extremes here in Texas. I sent a picture and also asked if we could size up. Wow! I ordered two rings (February 2020) then I was sent another, I tried to return it and they said it was a mistake and to just keep it. Well, I gave it away as I didn't feel right to keep it. Two out of three rings need to be replaced. One has the color rubbed off and the "accident" ring has a cut in it. I am wondering if it was a return and they ruin them, send them out as an "accident" and then they are broken and you want it replaced so you order a new one. ALSO, I DID A 40% OFF OFFER, NEVER GOT IT...

Very high-quality rings that don't break me out like other companies do. Their customer service is amazing, too. I had the incredible misfortune of losing my ring in Lake Ouachita during a daring floatie rescue, but Groove Life replaced it immediately! Their no B.S. warranty is legit.

I didn't order a ring but I ordered 4 belts. It was great that Rachel responded, asking for my backer number and email that I ordered with. I told her I don't know the backer number but gave her my email. I really can't rate her though because I still haven't gotten an answer to my question. I'm an early bird and was told quite a while ago that I should have received an email to choose which belts but I still haven't received it and no one is really answering my question.

Well, it started off great. Was told that my initial back on April 27th order must have gotten lost in the mail so another replacement was sent on June 2nd. I tried to follow up on that order, I get an email saying that there’s no tracking info on the replacement orders. Still have not received anything. Again tried to contact someone and I get an email saying sorry we are backlogged with requests, we’ll get back to you, and just now got an email to rate the help I never received. I’m over it and will not be buying again. Would be great if someone can reach out and refund my money now.

I bought my ring about a year ago and in the meantime, it has stretched out quite a bit, so much so that it fell off my finger in the shower and I thought I had lost it forever. After it fell off I requested a new ring as per the lifetime guarantee, and they definitely delivered! I requested a smaller size, so, hopefully it does not fall off again after another year. Beware, they do stretch, so go for the smaller size.

I had a ring go bad (flag lost color). Groove Life responded quickly and sent a replacement without question. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size (my fault, my wife has the same ring and I didn’t notice the size when ordering the replacement). Without hesitation, Groove Life responded to my inquiry and sent me the correct size for no other reason than to keep the customer (me) happy. You don’t get better service than that.

I won a free ring up to $55 worth. I ordered a Zeus ring and got it in the wrong size. Christy took care of me right away VIA email and is sending out the new ring and assisted me in getting the one that didn't fit back into them. I also ordered myself 2 other rings that just came in, 2 mossy oak ones, and they fit and feel great. These will be my work rings and my Zeus ring will be my out-on-the-town ring. Great product.
