My ring is not covered by the company's warranty. How can you state 'No B.S. Warranty' but not cover all your rings? This IS B.S. to me. After buying several varieties for me and my wife this will be the last.

I purchased a ring for my husband and loved it so much that I bought a matching one for myself. The quality is great, the ordering process was easy, and the product arrived on time as promised. After a day of hiking, I realized I had lost my ring. It was a bit loose on my finger (I recommend going down a size if you're unsure which size to order) so it must have fallen off. I contacted customer service via email, letting them know what happened. Their NO BS WARRANTY is exactly that. They responded to my email within a couple of hours with a replacement confirmation. My new, smaller sized ring arrived within days! I'm a happy, satisfied customer with no complaints! And as they say, Keep Groov'n!

So I bought the wrong size on another site, Groove Life helped with the return. Not only did they change the size but I received it within a week. I also purchased a belt, this belt is amazing. They didn't lie in their description. Groove Life Ring was recommended to me by a fellow co-worker. I will also tell everyone I know about this company. Keep up the good work and ethics.

I bought matching rings for me and the hubby for Christmas. His matched his current ring size, but mine was a bit too big. It was no problem requesting a smaller one and they popped it in the mail the next day! New one fits perfectly. The wooden print is really cool too.

I have been wearing Groove thin rings for a number of years now. I have a physical job and an active lifestyle. I have worn out 3 rings so far, but have never had a problem getting a quick replacement. They stand by their products. The customer service is excellent. Even though I have worn through the rings, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In my opinion, they are still by far the most comfortable and attractive option on the market. (My husband has had a thicker men's ring for the same amount of time and has never needed a replacement.)

I am big on customer service. My wife's ring got a slit and we needed to get her another one. I wasn't sure of her size so I emailed Groove to find the size from my order a couple of years back. Without asking they offered to replace her ring. Thank you.

I loved the ring. I didn’t take it off once since getting it in May. I lifted in it 4 times a week, and sadly it started to tear, but they replaced it so quick and easy, it was awesome. I really like that it flexes some. During my other pregnancies, I had to take my rings off due to fluctuating finger sizes, but I can keep this one on all the time.

I bought Groove Life Silicone Ring 10 months ago. It is very comfy, quality is great. Some small cut happened around the ring, I guess it was me because I used the ring with all heavy works. I contacted the customer service. Right away, they sent me the new one without questioning anything.

I have really enjoyed it. It fits great, breathes and flexes around my finger since they have gotten thicker in age. I put a lot of wear and tear on it from lifting weights, doing CrossFit, being a firefighter, and now being in law enforcement. Now the only ring is about to break and the version was discontinued. The customer service was great and helped me to get a new one under the 94-year warranty.

My only regret is I didn’t get the Zeus.

The no BS warranty is legit! My husband is a mechanic which is why we chose this brand to begin with. His band broke and I just sent a picture and as easy as that a new one is on its way. Shout out to Maddie for being amazingly helpful.
