The Groove Life team is awesome! I ordered a silicone ring from them already which I loved. I just wanted it a little more for work and stuff so I ordered a Zeus ring in a size smaller. I was accidentally sent the bigger size. I let them know and they got back to me right away...it was even a weekend! They got my new ring ready to ship out right away! Amazing customer service!

I have bought two rings from Groove. One for my wife and one for myself. I got one size too big on mine and they sent me a replacement no problem. My wife's started to rip recently and they are replacing it with a substitute ring because they no longer make the one she has. Wonderful company, highly highly recommend.

I love my new silicone ring and haven't taken it off since it arrived. It's so comfortable, I hardly feel like I'm wearing anything. It breathes well, and I love that I can flip it up to let it dry out after washing hands, then flip it right back down when it's dry, and I never have to take it off!

I ordered the ring based off of the ring test and it turned out to be too big and fell off while on vacation. I went to the site to order another ring when I noticed the 94-year warranty and decided to try that first. I didn’t get a response in the 72 hours that they stated, but as soon as I emailed them about that, they corrected my issue immediately. Super friendly and super helpful. The rings are nice and convenient for people like me who lost the diamond out of their wedding ring. I’d recommend these rings to anyone, just based on customer service alone!

I work at a donut shop and don't usually wear jewelry because my hands are always in water or in gloves. My husband wanted one after rave reviews so we found them in a mall an hour away. They are comfortable and flexible, I’ve already forgotten it was on. So I of course needed more. Ordered us each another. Not even a week later they come, his was perfect, mine was the wrong one. I messaged their chat and to my amazement was emailed saying a new one on its way! Like what, whoa, that quick! To top it off, I asked if I need to ship the wrong one back and was told no, keep it. Definitely buying more, and they even have watch bands!

Ordered 2 rings that came fast. Rings where too small so I reached out and asked if I could exchange them for something bigger. They replied within an hour saying the new rings are on the way and to send the others back when I can. I wish every company worked this way. Unlike so many rings out there, these rings are top-notch. They don’t stretch out like many of the other brands. The best part about them is that they don’t leave that white, wrinkled ring around your finger when you take your ring off. Also, their customer service is awesome. The USPS lost my package and, all they did was send out a slip of paper to everyone in the area saying a package was misplaced. I contacted Groove rings and Savannah sent me a new ring free of charge, and refunded my shipping from the first one that was lost. I highly recommend this company.

When the company first started we ordered rings and they never arrived. Sometime later we ordered two and eventually, they arrived. They lasted almost a year. Mine went first (stretched kept sliding off), then the wife's (small cut then snapped). It takes forever to replace as all correspondence is via email or messenger. You must send Groove your original ordering info (might want to keep that) and then a photo of the damaged ring (they don't believe you) and then they'll replace it, eventually, one day, in the future, and charge you a shipping fee on a ring that doesn't weigh anything.

I bought a cheaper version for watersports and the gym...it's already lasted twice as long and the Groove's really made no difference at all.

I won a free ring up to $55 worth. I ordered a Zeus ring and got it in the wrong size. Christy took care of me right away VIA email and is sending out the new ring and assisted me in getting the one that didn't fit back into them. I also ordered myself 2 other rings that just came in, 2 mossy oak ones, and they fit and feel great. These will be my work rings and my Zeus ring will be my out-on-the-town ring. Great product. I had a ring go bad (flag lost color). Groove Life responded quickly and sent a replacement without question. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size (my fault, my wife has the same ring and I didn’t notice the size when ordering the replacement). Without hesitation, Groove Life responded to my inquiry and sent me the correct size for no other reason than to keep the customer (me) happy. You don’t get better service than that.

I bought my ring about a year ago and in the meantime, it has stretched out quite a bit, so much so that it fell off my finger in the shower and I thought I had lost it forever. After it fell off I requested a new ring as per the lifetime guarantee, and they definitely delivered! I requested a smaller size, so, hopefully it does not fall off again after another year. Beware, they do stretch, so go for the smaller size.

This company is beyond excellent! The shipping speed was amazing. We received the ring super fast! Sadly, we ordered the wrong size of ring so we had to go through the exchange process and it was super, super easy. Well, it started off great. Was told that my initial back on April 27th order must have gotten lost in the mail so another replacement was sent on June 2nd. I tried to follow up on that order, I get an email saying that there’s no tracking info on the replacement orders. Still have not received anything. Again tried to contact someone and I get an email saying sorry we are backlogged with requests, we’ll get back to you, and just now got an email to rate the help I never received. I’m over it and will not be buying again. Would be great if someone can reach out and refund my money now.

I bought rings a few days prior to the sale. But I don’t really care how much the rings cost because I’m probably gonna lose more than it's worth for what I paid. But anyways, I got rings a few days prior and asked to swap one of my rings for a different one. No price change, just wanted to be able to choose both of my rings instead of getting the mystery ring. And Christy was happy to do that.
