I just received my Bio Complete 3. It took a while for me to get it because I live in Canada. I just started taking them today and noticed that my stomach felt better after the first 2 capsules in the morning. Up to this point I have never been able to take probiotics because they always made me constipated but these didn't do that. In fact, I had a bowel movement within half an hour of taking them. So far I am thrilled that I can finally take some probiotics because I have been suffering with IBD for many years. I'm looking forward to the Bio Complete changing that for me and hopefully finally getting rid of the IBD. Thank you so much for your product.

I have lymphatic colitis which causes frequent diarrhea. Since taking Bio Complete 3, for approximately 3 weeks, it has improved somewhat. Hopefully a little longer will improve more. According to the doctor, a complete cure is unlikely.

I signed up for Dr. Gundry's Bio Complete about 3 weeks ago. I have been taking it daily, 4 capsules at one time first thing in the morning. I do believe it is helping me having more complete bowel movements. I am not aware of other changes at this point. I have not lost weight but I am hopeful that that might happen as I continue to take the product.

I was concerned about the use of Bio because I developed a rash on both sides of my neck. I asked for help to determine if it was the capsules. I received an email from Quincy who asked me for a lot of information to help determine if so. I am convinced but not positive it was not Bio's cause. But in the meantime, I received a refund - not sure why. I did not ask for it.

I am still using the Bio Complete and have 5 more days of the first bottle.

At this time, I am not sure what to do. I am also in need of what results should I be expecting.

I would gladly return the funds.

I’ve been taking this for only a week, so that’s why I didn’t go with five stars. I want to be sure. However, I believe it’s making a big difference in my energy and has helped clear brain fog. I feel better each day.

I've only just recently started this product. It seems to be working well for me at this time. I plan to continue to take it to determine if it is, indeed, a product I can benefit from. The only problem I have with it is having to take 4 capsules daily. I appreciate the doctor's interest in keeping in touch with his customers and the information he provides.

I have been using the product for close to 1 month. I have lost a few pounds, have increased regularity, and notice my belly going down. The combination of ingredients seems to work very well together.

I developed what I would describe as post-infectious IBS.

I had a number of episodes of infectious gastroenteritis over the years finally culminating in a rather severe profound episode while in Mexico about a year and a half ago. Following that episode things did not return to normal. I have GERD that was now exacerbated and small bowel grumbling noises and cramps/pain that did not abate and often diarrhea after eating. I did some research into my problem and it fit best a post-infectious remodeling of my GI tract possibly often described leaky bowel syndrome.

I tried Colostrum with some success but still did not feel my old self. I came upon your work and felt you had developed a great understanding of the GI tract, especially the role of butyrin as a primary chemical involved in GI tract function and health. Anyway, I am finishing off my first bottle and feel as if the results are quite favorable. So I hope they continue and if they do I will be a regular consumer of this formulation. Thanks for the efforts you made to understand and research bowel function.

I've been having more regular bowel movements and I have more energy. I have not lost weight like I want to, but I will continue to give it a try because it does give me more energy which feels good.

I have multiple sclerosis and I just had a kidney transplant last May. I have been down on the energy factor for some time now, so I was happy to have more energy.

Like I said previously, I'm going to continue to try it to see if I can also lose some weight.

This product is pretty good considering I started taking it during the Coronavirus pandemic. I am not able to start the cleanse because of groceries not being available or sheltering in. So far even without changing my diet a lot I have minimum stomach issues and am having daily bowel movements. I wasn't having daily movements before the supplement. I'm not in a position to buy grass-fed meats, etc. so I would like to know what exchanges to my diet that can be done to still improve my health.
