After experiencing weeks of discomfort in digestion and expulsion, the next morning I had the healthiest expulsion and felt less bloating and irritation in my stomach. I have only been using the Prebiothrive for about a month. I am already feeling more balanced. I mix it in with my morning shake with fruit and pre-workout. I really didn't think this was going to work. I work out at three times a week. I stated this Prebiothrive last week and seen big improvements in my stomach. I have tried and done everything. I have been taking the prebiotics for three weeks, and I cannot be happier with the results. I noticed I do have cravings for carbs - I work from home and developed the bad habit to grab a bag of pretzels or chips - anything that would help me get satisfied. Hunger is diminished. I am losing weight and sugar cravings are all but gone! Great product, no side effects. Tasteless and easy to drink. I plan to keep using this product long term. My stomach is getting flatter every day.

I am taking PreBioThrive. You are correct about being consistent. It helps with my hunger cravings. I do crave more whole foods now then snacks. I have not been taking it long so I would love to see the more long-term effects later down the road.

I was not completely overweight but the PreBioThrive helps with how I feel. I am excited to begin a more active lifestyle too. Maybe this is an effect of this product? I will keep it up for now.

The only thing I don't care for is taking the power. No matter what I mix it with, I don't like the texture. But I don't know that that can be helped. It is not a huge deal. But it is the only thing so far that I do not like about the product.

I am a new member who has struggled for many years with poor health and increasing weight gain. When I ordered my first container of Dr. Grundry's probiotics, I right away started to feel less aches and pains all over my body, and I lost two pounds. It is really difficult for me to eliminate some of the foods they have suggested because I have been a vegetarian for 45 years and most of the offending foods are my main source of protein. My family, who are also lifelong vegetarians, are not very happy about giving up their favorite foods. I believe in your theory, Dr. Gundry, but it's going to be a real struggle for me to put it into practice.

I've had an opportunity to look up each of the ingredients in Prebiothrive and learned that everything in it was very healthy and very good for you.

The only two problems that I'm having right now is:

1) The price.

2) The fact that I was not given a full 30-day supply of this product, because I've been using it exactly as directed, and I am already starting to run out. I did not receive a full jar of this product.

Since I am disabled and am living on a fixed income, I have to watch my expenses very carefully. I'm not saying it's not a good product. It certainly is. But at the full price of $79.95, it's hard for me to afford.

Actually I bought Prebiothrive for my son who weighs 197 lbs, after having this product for three weeks, he weighs 187 lbs. I mixed it with his milk every day. He's still having cravings for bread and rice but not as much that he had before. I would like to continue buying this product, and hopefully, my son will be losing more lbs in a couple of months.
