The first week, I had cramps and spasms and gas. I attributed it to the new bacteria in my system.
I have been making food changes too. I have stopped eating wheat as much as possible. I was told over 20 years ago that I was wheat-intolerant, but never did anything about it. After many years of intense itching, bloating and gas, I was ready for these changes.
I've made some additional food alterations that you suggest in your video. No tomatoes, less sugars. I'm baking paleo bread and muffins now and less processed foods.
No real weight change. Disappointed about that.
I still suffer from nagging cravings and eating at night after dinner. Binge eating has been so frustrating for many years. I always seem to be hungry. I have found a little satisfaction from eating cocoa chocolate in the evenings.
Will any of this improve? When? What more do I need to do? I would appreciate any feedback.
