I have only been using the Primal Plants for about three weeks. I already feel a difference in my body and even my emotional state. I have had high blood pressure for several years. Yesterday I went to a health fair and had my blood pressure taken and it was normal for the first time in a long time. For the last few years, I take a nap in the middle of the day, sometimes lasting up to three hours. For the last two weeks, I haven't had to take a nap...and I am able to sleep better. What can I say? These are some great changes in my lifestyle, and I love them.

I have been drinking the Primal Plants powder in water since 11/16/18. I actually believe I see a difference in the texture of my skin, not just on my face, but on my arms as well. I am very pleased with the Primal Plants supplement. It has greatly improved my brain fog; I can actually remember why I walked into a room. Primal Plants has helped the lesions I have on my face. I watched a Dr. Guntry video on clearing arteries by taking Vidal Reds. It was a LONG video of marketing, but it hit home as I had a stint installed a year earlier. I bought the Vidal Reds and I of course can't tell if it cleared my arteries (5 years with no problems) but it cleared my eczema within 2 weeks. I had been battling eczema for 2 years without success. It was hell. Tried everything. Pills, creams, and shots. I later found out that Vidal Reds was being marketed to clear skin for the inside out, not outside in like a cream would. I have been taking the Vidal Reds for years and have no skin problems AT ALL. What a great surprise side effect. Yea it's a marketing company but that product WORKED.

I've been taking this product faithfully for about three weeks and have yet to see the improvements I was hoping for, but I have noticed my energy level throughout the day is holding longer than before. With all the damage we as humans have done to our bodies over the years, it would be ridiculous to think we can fix years of damage from food additives and other habits in a few weeks.

I can say that in my case I'm going to give this product at least six weeks to see a difference in my health issues. AND, thus far I feel hopeful. The only downfall is the taste, (which isn't terribly bad) but then again I've never found a truly "healthy" drink that tastes delicious!

I bought this product for two reasons: 1) I had a severe rash on several parts of my body, accompanied by a severe itch and 2) I wanted to lose 10 - 15 pounds, mainly a couple of inches around my waist. My wife decided to use the product too, for weight loss/control. We have been taking the product for two and a half weeks. My rash is considerably improved, but the itch persists. I have lost 3 pounds, and she is maintaining. I do not like the taste of the product but mix it with club soda to improve the taste (works somewhat).
