Dr. Gundry, I found out about you online. I am a 47-year-old woman who had a hemorrhagic stroke due to complications of childbirth. I also have high cholesterol because I was told it was hereditary. I was on Lipitor but it made me feel horrible. I was looking for a better option. I am about 10 to 15 lbs overweight, so my endocrinologist tested me and said I have a slow metabolism and he put me on meds for that too. In 2008 I had a partial hysterectomy due to female problems. I also have osteoarthritis in my right knee, along with sciatica on my left side.

At this point in time, I don't know if I have felt the full benefits of Primal Plants. In the short time that I have taken it, I feel energized, and feel that I made one of my better decisions regarding my health. I am sort of a health nut, and up until now, the product exceeds my expectations.

Good experience with the company. Customer service was excellent when I called them on the phone. I feel a little better after taking the product for only about eight days. I have been using the Gundry MD products since March 2017. I drink the Vital Reds in the morning and then drink the Primal Plants in the evening. My experience thus far has been very positive. My husband and I have only been using this product for three weeks. I was worried about the taste and was pleasantly surprised. I drink the Primal Plants every morning. When I wake up in the morning, I look forward to it. I like to mix a scoop of Primal Plants together with a scoop of Vital Reds in a 16 oz glass of water. It tastes pretty good that way. There's always some left on the bottom of the glass, so I just fill the glass with water again and keep on drinking it any time I get thirsty. It gives me the energy I need to make it through the day, and I need a lot of it. I have lost some weight from it. I feel more alert than before I started drinking it, and also know it is good for my body to get the nutrition that it needs. I think I will take it the rest of my life, that's how much I like it. It keeps me feeling good all day and night.

I have skin fungus and eczema, and have had it for years. Dermatology hasn't helped (palliatives, no cures). Recently, the itching had been about to drive me NUTS.

I got my initial shipment of Primal Plants on Monday in the PM, and started taking it Monday night. ALREADY the itching has diminished by more than half. Can't wait to see how I'm doing in 3/6 months!

I watched their video and was a skeptic when I started using Primal plants. I've had IBS-D for many years and would have two to four bouts per week. I ordered this product, and it has been truly miraculous. In the past three months since I've been using Primal Plants, I have had two occurrences of IBS. I have been taking Vital Reds for quite some time now, so I had no reservation in trying Dr. Gundry's Primal Plants product. Since I enjoyed the Vital Reds flavor so much when stirring the powder into apple juice, I decided to try having Primal Plants the same way. Unfortunately, I disliked the green apple flavor in apple juice, so I decided to try cranapple juice instead. This is a much better flavor combination. So now I stir both Vital Reds and Primal Plants powder together in the cranapple juice. I look forward to this every morning.

From the first time and first day, the energy was there.

I have a strong upper body, however, my legs were my weak point. After my first time use of Primal Plants, I began a leg routine. One month later I'm now riding my bike that has been in the shed for three years.

I ordered three jars to begin with. I gave two to friends to try, but my husband, daughter and I began taking Primal Plants as soon as it arrived.

First, I think it is very interesting to learn about all these researches that did open my eyes to something unbelievable like bad bacteria, good bacteria, how they interact and consequences of bad bacteria. I'm still waiting for my order of prebiotics, but with respect to Primal Plants, the first two days was little hard drink because of the flavor, but now I think it is easier to take every morning and I feel more energy. I don't know if it is just my idea but I feel different. Is my first week so let see what happens in the immediate future.

I feel that it's working. If I have one complaint, it's the taste. I so wish they came in capsule form. I mix it with orange juice, but maybe there is a tastier way. However, I will continue taking it every morning.

Getting started on these products has really helped me get on the right foot again with being more conscientious about what I ingest on a daily basis.

I get up in the morning and have my coffee, then some Greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Approximately an hour later I mix up the Primal Plants and the prebiotic and take it along to wherever I may be going. This requires a lot of water, so it keeps me satiated. I have a light lunch and about 5:30 pm, I mix up a batch of the Vital Reds and an hour later, have my dinner.

I'm finding that I don't eat as much as I used to, as I'm not "starving." I feel that all these wonderful nutrients and proteins I'm putting in my body with these formulas are keeping me in queue. I've been at it for nearly three weeks, and my scale says I've dropped 5 lbs, but that also may be because I do feel better, I have become more active, and I know I am burning way more calories than I used to burn.

The biggest drawing card for me was the huge amount of polyphenols, which are so vitally important as we grow older, they are TOPS at reducing inflammation in the body.

The reason I've included other products, specifically Prebiothrive and Vital Reds, is because it's unclear to me how to isolate the effect Primal Plants from the overall impact these powerful products have for me.

That being said, I do believe that my feeling a "need" for breakfast has diminished greatly, allowing me some flexibility in fasting, which I now believe will help me "off" this weight loss plateau I've been on for a few months. It's noteworthy to mention that my sense of well being and general demeanor is quite positive and my energy level is excellent.

I'll be 70 years old my next birthday and can honestly say I can't remember having felt this good in quite some time. I just started a second part-time job and work 40-50 hours a week, often with a 12-hour work day/shift. And also, am actively social dancing 3-6 hours weekly.
