It is absolutely amazing what it has done for me. First I noticed my bowels were much more regular, thus I could stop taking my fiber tablets. I don't really know where or how to start to tell you about this great product! After having three kids in four years, I wanted to shed those extra pounds I had gained. Well, things were going slow and my energy levels were low, chasing three kids. I was kind of like what do I do next?
