Gundry MD Total Restore Reviews

I started using Total Restore in mid-April of 2018 along with a one-month supply of prebiotics while I was vacationing in Florida. I've now been using Total Restore only for 3 and 1/2 months and been feeling great with slightly more energy. For me, the biggest impact was no longer craving sugar or sweets. I would have one or sometimes two sugary sweets after my evening meal but I no longer crave those at all. I've always exercised daily for three to four hours (walking and pickleball) for the past six years but was never able to lose any of the 30 lbs I had put on 34 years ago when I quit smoking. I've lost 28 lbs in the last 3 and 1/2 months for the first time in 34 years. I attribute this weight loss to staying away from sugar and sweets. I also eat more salads and less potatoes. These are the only changes that I made to my diet.

I have been on these tablets for approximately three weeks now and can highly recommend them. I noticed a vast improvement in energy in only five days and was so impressed that I have my husband on them as well. He usually has a sleep every day for about an hour and a half, but since he has been taking them, he doesn't seem to need that sleep. We are both in our early 70's.

I usually have trouble with constipation and terrible bloating, but this has been dramatically reduced since I have been taking Total Restore. Also, our blood pressure has been reduced.

I would absolutely recommend them.

At first, I thought is this legit or something hokie? I thought why not try it. It made sense. It took me a couple of days to take it right and consistently. Things started to get back into health balance. My anxiety for food was not a panic for me. I felt content food wise. My thinking was becoming more clear. I am diabetic and I still have to manage that, but I finally felt this could actually help stack the cards of my health in my favor. I am so glad that I tried it. It gave me motivation and hope instead of being trapped with the body I have. I just needed the possibility and it has surprised my expectations. I want to know how to further improve my health. Thank you for what you do.

I have been doing some researching myself and had come to the conclusion that I have leaky gut syndrome. So, now what?! Then I randomly came upon Dr. Gundry's video and decided to give one more program, and pill, a chance. And maybe my gut, along with my body, a chance to heal. I am almost through the first bottle of Total Restore and, yes, I think I'm feeling better.

I have done the best I can at the eating plan. We, as a family, have been eating organic and healthy as much as possible for the past 2 years. Everyone else is looking and feeling good. I, on the other hand, have put on 20+ pounds. So just eating foods with less pesticides and, hopefully, more nutrition wasn't the answer. Then when Dr. Gundry started talking about lectins, it seemed possible that this was the missing piece to the puzzle. A large portion of the organic vegetables and fruits I had been consuming were lectin filled.

So, yes, I think I'm feeling better; some swelling has gone down in my ankles and hands, I'm not as bloated (and if I am I know to look at what I've eaten), I've lost a few pounds but it's not "falling" off me, but I don't have to hope that no one will need the restroom when I'm done now. I miss fruit, but I am really hoping to heal my gut. Oh, and sugar...sometimes 90% cocoa just doesn't cut it yet. I plan on continuing. Someday I may actually come across pastured chicken and turkey in my area, you just never know! I think I may have just a little more energy and I'll try to put it to use.

I am hoping for healing and health.

Feeling much improved after 30 days. I am retired and have long full days doing rehab of wildlife on two acres. I would definitely recommend Total Restore for its benefits. I have fewer body aches, more stamina and feel better in the morning.

I have always been hungry. Unless, of course, I was miserable from trying to satisfy the hunger. I have noticed a large difference in my appetite. I am feeling full with far less food (not counting calories or following a diet plan at this time), and that feeling lasts for hours not minutes. I am definitely going to continue with the Total Restore with the hopes of gaining the energy that others have had.

I have arthritis in my feet, ankles, knees, and hips. I was beginning to have that old lady limp. Total Restore has done what no other therapy has even come close to doing!

I have more flexibility and less pain. This has helped me increase and intensify my exercise regime.

I have just finished one bottle of Total Restore. I feel less bloated and have no more abdominal pain. Digestive issues have disappeared. Seems to really help "leaky gut."

Food allergies have improved. The overall health of my gut microbiome has really gotten better.

I haven't been a whole month on Total Restore, so I can't give a final review, but my IBS issues appear to be subsiding. I was using several different supplements/herbs in an attempt to control my IBS symptoms, so taking just one compound makes more sense to me. Time will tell.
