I ordered enough Total Restore tablets for my husband and I to start taking. About two weeks after starting we also changed to a Keto eating plan.

My husband has a lot of digestive issues with gas and bloating which have lessoned since starting Total Restore.

Some supplements upset my stomach when taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, Total Restore does not.

We are feeling more energetic and have both lost weight.

After reading all of the great reviews, I fell for it and purchased the 3 bottle deal. I do believe one is somewhat brainwashed after listening to the good Doctor talk about himself and his discoveries for an hour. I received this product and convinced myself I was feeling better, then it happened...I started feeling worse. I now am so ill, but with the Coronavirus problems all around us cannot get in to see my Doctor and I REFUSE to go to an ER. So I just do not see how all this hype with beauty products, supplements goes on. I am really sorry this did not work for me.

Yes, reset my life is correct!

I have experienced gut pain and foggy brain my entire adult life. Traditional medicine was not an answer for me, and so I simply lived with the pain.

I stumbled onto the Total Restore video one morning, and my intuition told me to take action. I did, and I have never looked back.

After just three days of using Total Restore, I began to notice a "relaxing" of pain inside me and sleep without the "gut grip" waking me.

In conversations, I began to notice three and four syllable words were beginning to flow without effort. that has been an exhausting issue my entire adult life.

I have suffered from colitis for years. After being on steroids for 3+ years, my colitis was controlled and I was taken off the steroids. It was then identified that I had become adrenal insufficient. After 4 years of suffering, I felt like I was finally getting my life back and thought I'd try this supplement. As a result, I am now suffering from bloating, gas, and bloody stools. I would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone suffering from issues of the gastrointestinal tract!

My husband is a physician and I'm an RN, both in our early fifties, and we have nine grown children.

We've been taking Total Restore AND have implemented all the dietary changes outlined in, The Plant Paradox, and have realized significant changes in our overall health. Gone are aches and pains (inflammatory processes), bloating, food cravings, etc. Present are decreases in weight, increases in mental clarity, more restful sleep, energy. We attribute it all to BOTH Total Restore AND the dietary changes The Plant Paradox brought. Wonderful! Simply wonderful!

I've known, for quite some time, that wheat should be avoided, but really had no knowledge of the dangers of the lectins. After reading, The Plant Paradox, it all came together. I was reminded of the nightshades and other inflammatory "foods" my mother researched and removed from her diet after she had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and lung cancer. That was in the early '90's and considered "homeopathic," and way outside the box.

The Plant Paradox brings it all full circle. After changing my diet with vegetarianism, or keto, etc., I still felt unwell. Now it makes perfect sense and we see the very tangible difference in our health, and in our lives. We are so grateful for the information Dr. Gundry compiled and shared. Our lives are changed and we will never go back! Onward and upward!

After already using one of Dr. Gundry's products and knowing how well they work, I was looking for something because my headaches were so bad. I had taken prescription meds for years. I found Total Restore and my list of problems met that of leaky gut. So I thought, what do I have to lose. Best decision I ever made! I feel amazing! Headaches are gone, and I am off my meds. Brain fog is gone, stomach pain is gone, and constant diarrhea is gone. Energy is back and most of all, less pain in my back. This supplement has changed my life!

I've been using it for almost a month and all I've gotten is constipation. I will stop using the product. I would like to return the unused portion. How do I go about doing so? Not satisfied.

Very skeptical but started with the 30-day.

I immediately felt better and as I told my bestie, "I did not know how much my stomach was hurting until it stopped."

I had no prior diagnosis of anything. I was a person who has tried multiple diets and workouts with no results in my pot tummy.

My bestie bought the knockoff from Amazon and has positive results but will try Gundry’s Total Restore next order.

I reordered 5 bottles (due to the ordering process.) The site WILL OFFER you a deal for more bottles while already having charged you for the bottles in your cart. So, order however many you want at the start. I wanted three bottles - now I have 5 and two charges. I kept them because I liked it.

Now, I think I can smell metal. Maybe it’s the magnesium? Or zinc? I came on here to see if anyone else can smell metal all the time from their pores/sweat/etc.?

I have been on it a week and stopped it because by day 5 I would wake up in the morning with a horrible taste in my mouth (like vomit), it was terrible, and the stomach pains were unbearable, and I have GI issues. So thank god I only bought the 30-day bottle that I will send back and they will hopefully issue a free refund.

I just started using Total Restore two days ago as a first time user. I decided to spread out dosage and take one capsule with a meal three times per day instead of consuming three capsules in one go as recommended on the bottle.

I noticed stomach cramps after taking the product each and every time. Is it normal, and do other people experience stomach pain after consuming this product?

Anyhow, I am persevering with the stomach pain side effect in hoping it will ease off. I so want this product to work and eliminate leaky gut, IBS problem, and years of gut Candida problem.

Any word of advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think it is really important to realize and be aware of the fact that this product will most likely have the best effect when combined with a fully lectin-free diet.

I am celiac and now for many months have been on a lectin free diet as well. Total Restore works great while I stay true to my diet. It also takes time to rebuild the gut. If you are on a lectin-free diet and also supplement with Total Restore - it may take a number of months, but you should see some great results. I really like the product and can't wait to get more. However, shipping to Canada is challenging. I expect that some of the issues have to do with the current political climate in the US where we know that shipments of anything (especially through the mail) going to Canada can and are delayed when crossing the border. The extra customs/duty costs are disappointing, but not surprising and not uncommon. We are used to it here in Canada.

The product is still great and I am ordering again today. I am hoping to receive it in less than 30 days this time. Most of the snow is gone now so they will retire the dog sleds for a quicker mode of travel to deliver the mail.
