I recently ordered two bottles of Total Restore, and I am very pleased with this product.

I am a healthy person and hope to stay that way. In recent months, I had not been exercising as much as usual and was feeling a bit sluggish. I feel more energetic since starting this supplement and have already managed to lose a few stubborn pounds I had put on over the last six months.

This is a great supplement, and I plan to continue using it.

For years now, I’ve been working out and eating pretty healthy...maybe fast food four times per year, don’t drink soda, and love to cook my own meals. Even with all that, I was still bloated most of the time and lacked energy. I just didn’t feel like the younger me.

After two weeks of taking Total Restore, the bloating is GONE. I’m actually losing the weight and inches that I should have all along. I’ve had a spike in my energy, and it has also helped with my acid reflux. There have been NO negative side effects.

I’m truly grateful for this gift and a total boost in my spirits. Thank you immensely Dr. Gundry!

I just started my second bottle. I can honestly say I do not notice anything different. I was hoping for more but am not getting it. I will continue to use all six bottles and see how I feel at the end.

This changed my digestion and bowel movements relatively quickly. I lost belly fat in the first week. I am already taking my second bottle and will be back for more! It also helped alleviate some of my partner's chronic joint pain.

It seems to work well so far. I feel a bit better after taking it for a month. I will try it for another month, but to be honest, it’s very costly for just a one-month supply! They need to bring the price down a bit...and the upsell in the video is very gimmick-like, in lieu of reasonable pricing. A seemingly good product though, so far anyway. But they should increase the amount of pills per bottle or lower the amount you need to take (currently). The value from the first month just isn’t there at that price. Otherwise, people who would normally subscribe for more, likely won’t at this price!

Three months ago I had severe gut pain with everything I eat! I could only tolerate Kefir! I saw Dr. Gundry on the internet, ordered three months worth, and took it for immediate relief. I take it every day now!

I do take it daily, and when I forgot to take it while on vacation I could feel the dull sensation of pain coming back! Yes! Prior Total Restore I change my diet, but that did not help. Since taking Total Restore, I do not experience that dull gut pain when food hits my stomach! I recommend it highly.

I have been taking the Total Restore and have combined it with the diet laid out in The Plant Paradox. I feel great, have tons of energy, and CAN NOT WAIT to get my next lab results.

I am so grateful to be able to find Total Restore. I have Hashimoto’s disease, which is an autoimmune illness caused by a leaky gut, and I trust Doctor Gundry’s supplements because I’ve been using them for a while and they really work. With my condition, it is very frustrating not having options to eat, and having to be in a strict diet affects even my mood because I love to cook and eat, and I have to confess that not always I do the best choices of food, in terms of health. We recently came from vacation, which is one of the times when you really want to enjoy yourself with not too many restrictions, and I am taking Total Restore for about two months and can tell the difference on the impact the food is having on me. Even though my judgment of options during my vacations wasn’t the best. I can really tell the difference with the past, when I did the same and I felt horrible afterward, including symptoms like skin rash, heartburn, lack of energy, muscle pain, among others.

I truly recommend Total Restore to everyone having in consideration that the general health of your entire body depends on your gut.

I just finished my first month of Total Restore. I have noticed a huge difference but still have some issues because of diet. I have cut out tomatoes but still need to work to change the way I eat. Beans, bell peppers, squash, peas, fruits, yogurt, and grains are mostly what my diet consists of. I am working to stay away from these items, but it will take some time. I am not significantly overweight, but since I now realize I eat many foods high in lectins, I am working towards moving my food intake to other things which will work better for my body.

I have been taking Total Restore for three weeks. I have been experiencing diarrhea since I began taking the supplement. I don’t know if this is normal and my body will adjust or if I should stop taking it.

I have enjoyed other Gundry MD products so I was interested to try Total Restore. Then again, I was skeptical when it came and the directions said to take three capsules a day since with other products that has usually meant that it just doesn't work. For some reason, the more capsules I have to take the less it works. I am happy to say that is NOT the case with Total Restore. It has helped with an ongoing chronic problem with digestion and has helped restore regularity. I will continue to order Total Restore when this supply runs out as it is excellent and has worked well for me.
