When I received my product I saw small changes, daily at first from not as many antacids to less bloat feeling, more energy, after a month boom it was like an "ahhh" moment. I have had to use softeners and laxatives for over 30 years, never without for more than a few days. As of today, I’m looking at 2 months of being regular, no antacids during the day. My gut had been destroyed by strong antibiotics and stress. I had been able to rebuild somewhat by changing my eating habits and using probiotics, but I still found myself on a merry-go-round of poor gut health (frequent diarrhea, fatigue, upset intestines). I started GutConnect 365 three months ago and I’ve noticed some very positive changes! The very first thing I noticed (besides the great taste!) was my increased energy. I mix it with vanilla-flavored bone broth protein and about a tablespoon of honey. I’m no expert on the chemical combinations, but somehow it is an excellent combination for me! I’ve not had a "dragging" date of fatigue since I started taking it. Also, my digestion is much more regular, which I am quite happy about! I still do get occasional upset digestion if I eat unhealthy foods, but even the recovery time is much quicker.
