I’ve tried a few different mail clothing subscriptions, and once I met Gwynnie Bee, I knew I had found my fit. I love the selection and the fit predictability is on point, foundational to making the service work well. I have bought many pieces including from the outlet and marketplace.

There are a few nagging issues that I hope to see addressed. My largest hangup is how long it takes to get my next shipment! I understand the shipping process is going to take time but it often takes 3+ days from the time I notify shipment or purchase an item to get a new one on the way and that drives me crazy, I feel like I don’t get full value from my membership.

The other issues are with the mobile UI. When an item in my closet is no longer available in my size, please auto remove it from my closet, I’ve had to go through my closet so many times to get rid of old stuff and it’s tedious. And finally a little request - please link the "reviews" button to the actual reviews, right now it goes nowhere and isn’t intuitive. I feel like there are too many dresses at times and I'd like to see more pants. I've gotten some great pieces after I tried them and was sure I loved them. I really love this service, the best of all subscription boxes I have done. I would also like to buy an item I've tried before it's retired, sometimes I don't have the money when I have it, but later on I can afford it.

I am well pleased with my decision to give Gwynnie Bee's service a try. I've been a customer ever since - almost two years now. There are hundreds of items to choose from, the website is easy to use, the service is prompt, the customer service reps are always polite and accommodating. I am always pleased with the dresses I borrow, they are ready-to-wear from the box which makes dressing for work a breeze. I found Gwynnie Bee a few years ago, and I can't imagine life without this company and their service. It ticks many of the boxes of things I'm looking for. Convenience is huge. The clothes show up at my house and include return packaging. All I have to do is drop it in the mail. My closet has changed with me. I started losing weight and this way, I can adjust my size needs. I constantly have access to clothes that fit, and I don't have to worry about making do with the clothes I have. I also get a constant assortment of clothes, and I don't show up to events in the dress I wore before. I've found brands I've never had retail access to, and now they are my new favorites and I know for sure how they will fit.

The closeting app also helps me filter. For example, I always need a purple dress for an event in the summer. I can filter for purple, add the winners to my priority list, and I get the perfect selection of purple dresses sent to me. If I had to hit the mall to find a purple dress, I'd probably end up in tears. I've branched out and tried so many new looks with Gwynnie Bee and being able to purchase the favorites at such great prices is also a bonus!

I love Gwynnie Bee and have been a member since 2014. I am the worst at style, and I loathe clothing shopping. Gwynnie Bee makes it easy for me to try new things without the traumatic fat-inducing-mirrors and aging-lights and annoying salespeople. I can give it a whirl - love it and keep it! Or give it a try, and put it right back into the purple bag and get something else. It's a great way to shop, and I much prefer it to things like Stitch Fix and Did & Co, since I can wear things to really test them out first. Seriously, try it! My whole closet is thanks to Gwynnie Bee!

I have been using QB for over 3 years and love the choices. It is great to be able to try newer fashion and not have buyers remorse. I use it for work and personal clothing and I could not imagine not having QB anymore. The customer support is very responsive and they are nice. On a plane I first saw your ad. I was totally fascinated by the concept. As soon as I was home I looked it up and thought I should give it a try. I started with just 2 outfits then went on to 3, 4 and now 5. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I love that I can easily pick the style and read the review so I can have a realistic expectation of what I will be getting. I like how suggestions are made and nearly almost every fit is perfect. I love the variety of styles. I love the convenience of just putting it back in a bag and not needing to be careful with how to care for it. Do you know how many expensive and beautiful pieces I have purchased at full retail price to ruin it because I overlooked how to care for it? And I love that the pieces I select to keep are discounted and further discounted when I use my reward points. It feels like Christmas every week, excited to open my next new box. You make the whole process so convenient and so easy. I am very satisfied, exceeding my expectation by far. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could select the exact outfit that I would get next so I can better plan for events. I wish it could be on a list choosing what piece to expect next...although I do admit sometimes the surprise is fun too. You have proven I can count on you to be truly reliable, you can count on me for being a lifelong client!

I have been using this service for over 4 years. I find that it allows me to try new brands, keep my wardrobe fresh and most importantly stops me from impulse buys.

I have noticed the past year that I am adding less to my closet and keeping clothes less often. I feel that the overall style has shifted out of my preference. I've been using this service for over 2 years and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I get between 10-12 outfits (mostly dresses for me) per month. I am a loyal fan of Gwynnie Bee since 2014.

I am a plus size customer who has been on a weight loss journey. I like that I can just resize my online wardrobe as I lose weight. I became ill in 2018 and gained a large amount of weight back, thankfully I was able to just resize my wardrobe up.

I love the idea of trying new styles with no commitment. Thanks to the service I fell in love with styles I would have never tried on in stores.

Shipping to and from my home has been reliable. The customer service has been wonderful. Once or twice my clothing return was lost in the mail. I made Gwynnie Bee aware of the situation by email and it was handled very satisfactorily. I have even been personally called by agents to make sure I was enjoying the service and using the service to its full potential.

Everyone says you should do at least one thing every month to take care of yourself and to be honest, Gwynnie Bee has been that thing for me since 2014.

I literally cannot imagine my life without this membership. Initially, I joined to have a few more work options a month for fancy receptions and the occasional outing with my girlfriends. I've also never been a huge fan of laundry, so the idea that I wear and return without additional work was compelling.

Then I discovered that USPS will pick up the return bags at my door and I was completely sold. Since 2014, I have taken a job that requires near constant travel and Gwynnie Bee is my point of sanity in a crazy world. I return home from trips to new boxes of clothes ready to go and ship off the worn clothes before I board my next flight.

The selection of clothing and brands continues to expand in all the right ways and is a great reminder that plus size clothes don't have to be drab and bulky. They can be fitted, colorful, print and so much more. My sense of style has broadened as I use GB to take risks and try things I would never imagine trying on, let alone buying, in a store. While you can't tell them exactly what you want in your next box, the adding of the priority feature has been helpful in making sure I do get a cocktail dress before my next reception or that I get a nice pair of jeans before my next date.

And the compliments! So many folks have never seen me in the same outfit more than once. Obviously, I'm fancy, right? I have actually purchased clothes through GB as well and that experience is great. Deep discounts and good quality; what more is there to ask for?

I love GB, get the max number of items per month, and have no immediate plans to end my relationship with them. I wish they still did the GB tours with members where we could try on things and have a little shoot. That was such an amazing experience. If there is room for improvement, it is with the tops selection. They could stand to have some trendier options. There should also absolutely be a date night clothing category. The weekend wear is okay but it skews towards daytime farmers market visits.

I saw an ad for Gwynnie Bee on Facebook in 2014 and decided to take advantage of the free trial month. When I received my first couple of boxes, I was kind of disappointed. I was unfamiliar with the brands and the size charts were not entirely accurate. I also felt the shipping was slow, so did not continue my subscription.

I am so glad I decided to give it another try! I have been renting consistently since early 2015 and I love it! It does take a while to learn the brands and how they fit. There are certain brands that run large, etc. I have chosen to rent a good amount of items at one time, so it fits my life and I always have something in my closet. If shipping is delayed for some reason, it is not a big deal.

I pretty much exclusively wear dresses and Gwynnie Bee has great variety. There are items appropriate for work and for play. My only wish is that I would be able to designate when I would like to receive a particular item, such as for a special event. I often receive items I have prioritized, but there have been some prioritized items I have never received.

When I first started with Gwynnie Bee, they exclusively carried plus-size clothing. As I continue on my weight loss journey, I was thrilled when GB expanded their sizing to average size clothing as well. There have only been a couple of times in which the size I needed fell between the two and GB did not carry that bridge size.

I hope to start a family within the next year or so and wish GB would offer maternity clothing also. Overall, I love this service and have recommended it to several people. The customer service representatives are quick to respond and are helpful. Customer satisfaction is important to this company and I respect that.

I have been with GB for almost a year now and have very mixed feelings about it. I am planning to cancel before my next renewal.

I have worn many of the items received, and enjoyed them. And I have tried on a lot of styles that I might not have seen in a store. It is fun to get the box and see what I got and even more fun when it fits and I put an outfit together!

Everything I have received has been in great condition and I've gotten some real bargains buying returned items.

But $80 a month is more than I should really spend for the convenience of getting a couple of new pieces to wear for a few days.

Months where I get something dressy, I have to hold on to it until there is a fitting occasion. That means I likely can't get something else that month, so I either don't wear it, or I paid $40 to wear it once.

When I don't like either piece in the box, it feels like I wasted a lot of money just to try two things on.

Part of why it hasn't worked for me is that I can only return things by going to the post office. Sometimes I put it in my car and forget to drop it off - that's my problem, but it often means I only get one box that month.

I also am bothered by all the waste. I get 1-2 boxes a month and they just get recycled (or pile up in my room, oops!). The bag is easy, but I would rather use the box for returns than using creating even more waste with the bag.

Last, check what you have to do to cancel. It really bothers me when companies make it so easy to sign up but hard to cancel. You have to call. And the cancellation takes effect the day you call. So you either lose access you've paid for, or time your call just right to get your full month but not get charged another month.

Overall, I think it's a very interesting service. If the price was a bit lower I would probably continue.

I joined Gwynnie Bee because I wanted to build up my closet of professional clothing for work. Finding fashionable, high-quality clothing in plus sizes is challenging under the best of circumstances; living in a state that has yet to open a Lane Bryant makes it even worse. Gwynnie Bee allows me to pick out items that appeal to me and then test them out in the real world without the risk of spending a lot of money on an outfit that only gets worn once. Great in the fitting room and great on the street are two wildly different things, especially in harder to fit sizes. Gwynnie Bee allows me the freedom to try out styles that I’m less certain will fit/flatter me, and that has lead to some happy discoveries. Additionally, when I do find pieces that I like I have the opportunity to purchase them at deep discounts. Items that I don’t love get sent back with no hassles.
