I love this service. I get to explore new styles and try for a while to see if I like them enough to buy. What a joy. Others, like Dia, want you to just try it on and I don’t get to pick what I want sent. Gwynnie Bee lets me create my own closet. Returns are free and easy! Simply the best experience!

I have been using GB for about 2 years. I like it because it allows me to have newness in my wardrobe without too much financial or space commitment. It allows me to try new brands and experiment wish fashion with less of a risk.

I do feel, for the amount of money I pay, that I am less "wowed" with the products than I used to be. I would say at least 65% of the new arrivals are too boring/basic for me to want to closet. I can’t remember the last time I wore something from you guys that I absolutely couldn’t live without.

I would really like GB to incorporate more edgy, unique pieces in their collection. Like some of the funkier but still sophisticated pieces from ModCloth, City Chic, and Eloquii. I wish you guys still worked with ASOS Curve. Maybe some more indie brands.

I’d also like to see you collaborate with brands and come out with capsule collections that are bringing something new to plus-size fashion and making clothes that fat women want to wear available.

I think it would be cool to be able to rent swimsuits in the summer. I don’t know what hygiene risks are there.

Lastly, I always want to advocate for brands to go up in their sizing. I know you opened up your size range to straight size customers and while I think it’s great, if you want to reach even more people, there is a huge demographic for super fat people who desperately need clothing options!

I joined GB 3 years ago. It is the best thing I’ve ever done for my own self-care. I absolutely love using this service. I never wear the same thing twice. I’m a stay at home mom and I hated always wearing leggings or jeans and sweatshirts. I didn’t feel good about myself. Now I always feel beautiful when I leave the house. It’s done so much for my self-esteem. I feel good when I’m grocery shopping or taking my kids to events. I no longer shy away from photos. And I don’t have to wash the clothes! Which is huge for me because I’m doing laundry for 3 kids. So having less laundry is such a stress remover.

Being a part of the Gwynnie Bee service has been a useful and fun experience. I usually dread clothes shopping, but by reading reviews and looking at the size recommendations, I have mostly received items that fit well. On the few occasions I received a bad fitting item, it's usually of my own doing. If I have an issue, which is rare, Gwynnie Bee has been great at solving a problem. Oh, and the clearance items are a steal!

As someone who loves to wear different things but can't justify continually buying clothes that I may not wear more than a couple of times, Gwynnie Bee has been a FANTASTIC discovery! Particularly for me, as a plus-sized woman.

Their customer service is quick to answer any questions. They usually ship a new product quickly. I love the points system and use it all the time to purchase clothes. The clothes are higher quality and when they are on sale, super great pricing.

I wish they had tops and bottoms available in more colors. It seems most of what they have in tops and bottoms is black.

They have tons of dresses but I tend to wear more slacks and tops so would like to see a great variety there.

When I accepted a new job almost three years ago, I found myself needing a more professional wardrobe. Gwynnie Bee has been the very best gift I have given myself. I am able to look professional and feel great daily. I love to be able to wear beautifully tailored, well-made clothing that I have the option to buy if I so choose. GB does an amazing job with accuracy in sizing. Also, it is beyond convenient to be able to just pop my dress(es) back in the bag and off it goes to GB. It's fantastic! The sizing is usually spot on, which makes choosing sizes easy and accurate. I don’t buy every item I am sent, but I have purchased many of them. Pros: Changed the way I think about clothes, gave me ideas to step outside my boring old fashion choices, boosted my confidence, provides casual to extra special garments I normally wouldn't purchase, when it's running as it should...it's amazing and I love it!

Cons: Inconsistency with shipping and uncloseting returns, not adhering to the 48-hour policy with getting in my at home and ready to ship, sending damaged or soiled items, not retiring overly worn things, hard to navigate app and mobile website, choosing professional photographs, and the same members over and over to highlight in the blog and on social media.

Bottom line: Gwynnie Bee has been/is a great service for me. I am dressing better and wearing a higher quality of clothes than ever before. I plan on us to continue this happy arrangement for years to come.

I discovered Gwynnie Bee one morning when I couldn't sleep. The infomercial that was playing at 4:00 am was like the answer to a prayer. I'm at a weight that I'm not happy with and I didn't want to own a bunch of clothes in my current size. Being able to rent clothes, and of course, buy them if I want to, was the perfect answer. I signed up that day and have never looked back. I get 9-12 items per month and I have purchased about a dozen items since joining Gwynnie Bee around two years ago. I get so many compliments on my Gwynnie Bee clothing and I'm always telling friends and family about GB. One of the decisions I've ever made.

I was one of those people who thought it was too good to be true. So, I looked around the site for about two years before finally signing up. I saw so many nice dresses (I love dresses) I couldn't resist.

So I signed up for the free trial. The first two items I received I bought.

And so two years later, I no longer buy dresses from stores. All of my dresses come from Gwynnie Bee. I get lots of complement on my clothes. In the two years since becoming a member of this club, I have purchased about 40 items. The sales are the best. I have dresses that I've paid $5 for. This club is the best. I've tried two other clubs and a rent a site. Gwynnie Bee is the best and most affordable.

Absolutely fantastic. So glad that I joined. Wonderful way to try something new. Also, a great way to find an old staple you're always sure to love. Some of the items can be a little pricey, and not quite worth it. For the most part but I always adopt with something I love. I would have to say that my experience with Gwynnie Bee has always been great, because I have only had customer service issues approximately five times in the five years that I have been a member. My shipments arrive promptly, the quality of the clothing is worth the monthly fee, and I love buying clothing that fits me at deeply discounted prices!

I would definitely encourage women to try out the membership! I started off with one garment, and if I had extra money, I would buy a three-month upgrade, so I'd have two garments coming out to me for the three months, before it reverted back to one garment at a time.

My career was taking off and looking polished each day is essential to representing myself appropriately. In general, I love the concept of Gwynnie Bee. It's great to have the items mailed to you, and fun to try new fashions. Lots of options and it definitely cuts down on laundry. My issue is the challenge with sizing. I rarely get items that fit well, so I often feel like I am wasting my money. I wish there was a better way to help those of us who are between sizes.

Gwynnie Bee has been pretty good. I have found, and purchased, some really great items that I might not have seen or selected otherwise. Some items have gone back out in the mail the same day! I do wish shipping or processing was quicker. It seems like the turn around has gotten longer to get new items.

Recently, I have found that lots of items have been unavailable in my size. There is no way to save the item so I can't always go back to check and see if it has become available.

I do suggest friends try their service. They do have a lot of great brands and its really nice to get to try things out with no trips to the store. Sometimes things won't fit or will be different than you expected. I have found new brands that I wouldn't have tried otherwise.

I hope that they increase their inventory so I can try some of the items that are unavailable and that they find a way to make shipping/processing a bit quicker between boxes.

I have been using Gwynnie Bee for several months now...and I highly recommend trying it out.

I signed up with this service because I started to lose weight about a year ago and found that I was going through clothes/sizes at an alarming rate. This gave me a viable alternative to buying new work clothes every month. I was able to supplement my closet with nice pieces that I could wear to work, and for ones that I absolutely loved, I could pick them up at a very reasonable price.

I have bought several pieces over the last few months (as my weight loss has slowed down a bit) and with one exception, I have paid less than $20 for each item (the other was a dress that I just had to have at $35.00). They also have a rewards program where you can earn points and redeem them on items you purchase making it an even better deal. There are even items you can pick up for under $10 - typically an returned favorites/final sale type deal.

I really enjoy the variety of clothing and trying brands that I didn't know existed for plus sizing. I have ended up with a newfound love for dresses and the ease in which I can get ready for work wearing one! Most everything I have received has been in good shape. Once you get used to the brand sizing, closeting becomes easier and more reliable fit when received.

If I had a complaint, it would be the monthly fee is a bit steep, especially if you are prone to holding onto an item you love to wear it multiple times or in hopes the pricing goes down (the pricing is what they consider "dynamic" which basically means they are charging a higher price for an item that is in a lot of people's closets). I tend to try on, wear and return within a day of getting my box. This makes it better, but I don't know that the pricing makes it a sustainable option for most.
