Deceptive

By Helen Heron, Paoli, PA, Verified Reviewer

I was very disappointed to hear that Hint Water had 60 mg of natural caffeine. I have been having trouble sleeping for the past two months. I feel as though it should have been noted on the bottle.

Not worth the money

By Kathy Schuler, Abingdon, MD, Verified Reviewer

I can't even say there is a "hint" of flavor. So far I have tried Strawberry Kiwi and Pineapple. They don't taste like anything. Buying this water is a total waste of money. It was delivered by FedEx and left on the first floor by the mailboxes, not to my 3rd-floor apartment. These boxes are heavy, and being a senior, made it very difficult to pick up. I have had FedEx deliveries before where they actually came to my door.

Don't be fooled

By Leon Mckenzie, Seattle, WA, Verified Reviewer

Folks, this is tap water infused with a little fruit. It smells great, but the taste is weak. You can use your own water for a penny and top it with a slice of pineapple or a slice of green apple for less than a nickel. Taste your Hint Water and call me a liar.

Just water

By Ernest Jansson, Somers, NY, Verified Reviewer

I ordered three cases of Hint Water; one Sparkling Grapefruit, one Watermelon, and one Kick Lemon Cayenne. After tasting all of them, there is no taste in any of them. I don't even think there was a watermelon in the room when they were bottling that flavor.

A total waste of money. I could buy three for $9 bottled water that tastes better than this stuff. Total ripoff. Stay away!

Tried Blood Orange

By Rose, Verified Reviewer

Don't try, too expensive, save your money. It has a plastic aftertaste, pretty weird. Check the expiration date since plastic bottles leak chemicals after time.

Take a bottled reverse osmosis or spring water and add a twist of lemon, lime, orange or add a little juice to it, and it tastes much better.

The ingredients say "purified water." Purified water from where? Blood orange and other natural flavors are from non-GMO plants? What plants? Not from fruits?

People, please read ingredients and fine print before you buy products.

Charge without permission

By Shawn Hunter, Columbus, OH, Verified Reviewer

I didn't give them permission to charge me $32. They need to refund the money ASAP. Someone was supposed to get a hold of me within 24 hours, but I am still waiting. Hint Water, refund my money, and if you set me up on a membership, cancel it now.

Do not buy!

By Janette Koutsouradis, Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

I will not purchase it ever again. It is advertised to help you get off soda. Anyone that drinks soda wants sweet flavor. "Hint" is just overpriced water with barely any flavor. Very disappointed. Save your money. DON'T BUY.

No way, it is awful!

By Lori M., Lexington, KY, Verified Reviewer

This water tastes nothing like water. Aall the flavors are very strange versions with a weird aftertaste, also a chemical water taste. None of these are good. The price is outrageous. Also, they smell awful and are way overpriced. Just nasty.

Save your money

By T Q., Laurel, MD, Verified Reviewer

I do not like the flavor of this stuff at all. I got suckered into ordering this via facebook. I tried three flavors and don't like any of them. I still have at least 85% of the order taking up space in my kitchen. I thought I had canceled out of any subscription that I may have gotten myself in to and yet today, another huge box of Hint Water shows up. Grr! Their website is useless and there is no phone number to call, only a "contact us" form. According to their website, I do not exist which makes it impossible to "manage subscriptions." I'm waiting to hear back from the company and I am hoping they are upstanding and will fix the issue and refund my money. Buyer beware.

Where’s the flavor Hint

By Stefanie W., Valparaiso, IN, Verified Reviewer

I was very excited to try this water because of its flavored water, zero sugar, and no artificial sweeteners. I ordered two of the flavored waters and one blackberry carbonated water to try. I first tried the pear flavored water that came in my order. It has zero pear flavor at all. It tastes like water, and that’s it. I also after trying that flavor proceeded to try the blackberry carbonated water. Okay, this was disgusting. Carbonated water with a flavor that tastes nothing like blackberry. It was worse than the flavored water. Buyer beware. Big rip off!

Not enamored

By Christopher P., California, Verified Reviewer

I never heard of Hint until I saw it in an Aldi's (discount) grocery store. It was a 12-pack consisting of blackberry, watermelon, pineapple, and cherry, for $9.99. Always looking for a healthy alternative, I googled it and saw the same variety pack at Walmart, priced at $19.89, so I deemed it worth the risk. Bad decision. Quite frankly, I would give it zero stars if that was an option. It is nothing more than a typical flavored water, and barely at that, thus the "hint," which tells you that you're not going to taste very much flavor at all, and also, should be your "hint" not to buy it. I'm guessing the fancy bottle, the printed claims, ie: non-GMO, authentic vegan, etc., justify a price that is more than double that of waters that I feel are far superior. Grossly overpriced product.
