Not worth the money

By Actuality J. , Sandwich, MA

I picked up a few bottles at the grocery store after hearing their ads on the radio. Hint needs more flavor. Tastes like plain water to me.

Awful

By James C., New York, Verified Reviewer

Bought a watermelon flavor to try and tossed it after the first sip. It tasted like they tossed a watermelon rind into a bucket of rainwater.

Hint is the perfect name

By Juan C., Groton, NY, Verified Reviewer

Since trying the promotion of $36 for 3 cases, I was hooked.

The flavors are just awesome. They named it right, just a hint of flavor. No after-taste, no chemical taste, and no stomach problems as some people claim. Hint water is to me 99% perfect. Just a bit overpriced at some stores and even on their website.

Length of Use: 1–2 years

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Not what I was expecting

By Dewey J. , Saint Louis, MO

I’ve had many infused waters. This is the worst water I’ve ever tasted. Your commercial leads you to believe that it tasted just like fruit, and based on your commercial, I went to the store and purchased a couple of bottles. It’s overpriced, it tastes terrible. That’s just my opinion, but I would never buy this again.

Length of Use: Less than 3 months

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

I was never much of a water drinker. Hint is delicious and now I drink more. I feel with obesity being overwhelming in the US...make it more affordable for people to drink. It made me drink water again...so healthy for overall health. Cut the price to affordability...

Love it

By Lauri W., Richmond, VA, Verified Reviewer

I have found HINT water at Wegman's and at ALDI's grocery stores for $9.99 a case. I enjoy trying all of the different flavors. I got really bored with drinking plain water and was probably chronically dehydrated. Drinking the HINT water has helped me give up soda and drink water on a daily basis.

I have tried some of the flavored waters from other companies and not been as impressed with the flavors.

Length of Use: 3–6 months

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

No artificial colors or sweeteners

Variety of flavors

I wish that the water came in larger sizes, such as a gallon size of the different flavors

Hint? More like, "Get a Clue".

By Ed F. , Fort Mill, SC

A misguided and feeble attempt to produce the Holy Grail of waters. The name is inaccurate — it's not even a hint, it's just confusing. The flavors are innocuous — hard to tell them apart, the mouth feel is strange, the smell seems like simply chemicals. You leave wondering if you're detecting plasticizers leaching from the bottle, or something else — but it doesn't taste natural. The sparkling ones are extremely over-carbonated — you crack the lid and end up being sprayed with and wearing the stuff. I bought the 3 cases and I'm tossing it all.

Length of Use: Less than 3 months

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pros and Cons

Thought that maybe they were onto, and had something here.

Good idea in concept, failed on the execution.

Flavor selection is uninspiring.
