What excellent customer service done by Erin! I commend her for being helpful, efficient, reliable and focused on customer needs. I didn’t get the result that I’ve wanted, but HiSmile is true to their promise about giving your money back if you are not satisfied (of course you have to comply with the requirements needed and provide a proof to qualify). I was amazed at how fast they got my case sorted, and it won’t be possible without the help of Erin. So, thanks a lot to her. Maybe it didn’t work for me this time, but I will definitely keep an eye on their new products in the future.

I think HiSmile is really worth the money, it works miracles. My teeth are sparkling white clean thanks to them. I used to try things such as teeth whitening toothpaste but that didn’t really work, whereas HiSmile whitened my teeth instantly.

HiSmiles’s teeth whitening kit was the best thing I have ever used. My teeth started at a 7, but now they're a 2 after 6 days. I have recommended this product to all of my friends and relatives. If you think the whitening gel has a weird taste, don’t worry; I thought the same thing, but it doesn't. It actually doesn't really have a taste to it. Which is good. I have tried others whitening kits from other places, but none of them have worked. Thank you for reading my review, and I hope this helps convince you to choose HiSmile.

This is the third application, and there is no difference. Should I worry about that? So many people are saying they noticed the difference from the first use, but actually, I didn't.

I have been using HiSmile for 5 and 1/2 days now. I have compared my teeth from the chart (5) until now and there is absolutely no difference. I feel as though this has been somewhat of a scam and it’s rather upsetting.

HiSmile has done literally nothing. ,I’m on day 6 today and there has actually been no difference whatsoever.

I had seen a lot of celebrities using HiSmile, (celebs with lovely, white teeth.) So I thought I'd try it out.

I bought the set (3 syringes, LED light and the mouth guard), along with delivery to Northern Ireland, all came to $99 (about £47). I had to pay an extra $35 (£17) just to get it through customs!

The box that it all comes in is cute. I also like the LED mouth mould, it's a bit big for my mouth though. As for the gels, I find it hard to put on only a quarter of a syringe on each side. I ended up using more, just to get enough on the mould.

After the first week, there was a slight difference on one of my front teeth. Just a dot of white. It looked a bit strange, but barely noticeable. Other than that, it didn't work at all for me.

Soon after, I went on Amazon and bought 10 syringes of teeth whitener for £13 and free shipping. It sounded pretty much exactly like HiSmile, had some great reviews and it was REALLY cheap. The first time I used it, it made a BIG difference. It was awesome. And that gel was a lot thicker, so you could use less and still cover the mould.

In summary, HiSmile was very expensive and didn't work. I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm not usually one to posts reviews, so let's just get that out of the way first.

I saw this on Kylies Instagram and wanted to try it. Product came and packaging looked really nice but honestly after using it for 2 weeks I had no changes at all. I'm not a smoker or anything and my teeth are probably yellowed a bit only from coffee.

I tried emailing and got no response, I contacted their Instagram and again got no response. I originally just wanted to let them know I was disappointed but with no replies, I now want my money back.

Definitely disappointing and results weren't what I was led to believe. These light tray things seem like a bit of a gimmick.

I just, and I do mean JUST, completed my first 10 minutes of HiSmile teeth whitening. I took before and after photos as well, and I shared them on Instagram.

I see videos everywhere of people doing their first before and after, and they get 1-2 shades lighter their first time.

I do know everyone's teeth are different. My teeth are sensitive, and I was between a 3 and 4 on their color scale that comes in the kit. After doing my first time, I was not in pain, which was AWESOME for someone with sensitive teeth.

BUT, my teeth afterward not only did not move shades (they claim it'll do a shade a usage in their "6 shades in 6 days") but now my teeth also have SPLOTCHES of whiter color, and they look horrible! I'm willing to give it time, but I'm not happy yet.

I was given this kit for Christmas and hope my mom didn't waste money on this kit for me (if it doesn't work).

I've only completed my second ten minutes of HiSmile, but I made my second try last 20 minutes by pushing the button again to get better results. HOWEVER, I took before and after photos from the first try and after, and I took another picture after I had finished with my 20 minutes, and my teeth haven't even moved a shade.

I'm going to continue with it, but I'm dissatisfied right now as a lot of other people moved a shade up after one try! Things like this make me think that the reviews are fake.

Unfortunately, HiSmile did not work for me. After completely using the kit in six days, I did not see any difference in my teeth's color. Could be that my teeth are stained more permanently than most, as I've tried other whitening methods and saw limited results. HiSmile did offer me a refund, but I have to pay for $22 shipping so, not that happy.
