I followed each step carefully and was sent a guide on how to use it by the company themselves. This did not work and in fact, made my teeth look more yellow than before. I thought this would work. I applied everything correctly and used this at night after brushing my teeth. I avoided bad foods yet despite this, it did not help.

I ordered from this company who sent me out a faulty item. The batteries they sent did not work so was unable to use. I send them 3 emails to which I got no response so I sent the item back. I still had nothing from them and managed to contact on Twitter where they lied that they had replied to my email, told me that they can’t assist as I had opened the box? Makes no sense, so now I have wasted my money on a faulty product that I have now sent back and there is no word of any resolution of me receiving a refund due to the faulty item? I’m shocked by how bad this company has handled my situation. AVOID!

Tried for 6 days, followed instructions, no change at all.
Save your money, it does not work, and it's expensive. Stick to regular whitening toothpastes, they work faster.

I placed an order over a month ago and it still hasn’t even been shipped despite being told it would be a day or two. Now I’m not getting a response when I email them and had to email them again. I see some pretty good reviews for the product but it’s way too long to wait and dislike being ignored by customer service.

After purchasing and trying this crap, I emailed them. One of the first words in their sentences was "it is TEMPORARY." Nowhere when I purchased this product did it state "temporary." I didn't even get temporary results. No results at all! I emailed them with no help, they just apologize and say it's temporary. Ridiculous!

Ordered this product on December 3rd. Never received it. Contacted the business a few weeks later and they said there was an issue at the shipping facility. They said they resent my package but I still haven’t received it. Now they’re saying they can’t give me a refund because there was an issue processing my refund. I asked for a check to be mailed to my address and haven’t heard back.

I ordered on April 8th, today it is April 21st and the product is still in Australia. It will be two weeks tomorrow since the order, no update. I plan to dispute with the bank and get refunded. Do not order, they collect your money and you receive nothing.

I made my order on 04/08/2023 and have not received anything yet. According to the website the shipping takes between 3 to 6 business days. But that's a lie. Now I can't even cancel the order that has not even been shipped according to their "great" website. I want my money back. I have contacted support and never got a reply. Worst service ever. There should be a way to report this kind of company that lies in advertisements. If this is the kind of business they have, I can't imagine the quality of the product they are offering.

I’ve been trying to email HiSmile for the past several days to notify them that my V34 serum didn’t arrive but the whitening powder and strips did. I’ve sent several emails with no reply. Absolute waste of time and money.

I made an order on 5/16/2023, it said 3–10 business day processing. Still no update. Have sent an email on multiple occasions to cancel the order, no response. I don’t even care about the money back; I just don’t want the product or to do business with the company at this point.

This is a horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible shipping, all around horrible! I don't know why the heck they advertise 6 to 8 business days to ship, just be honest and say it will take MONTHS before I get my stuff.
I paid you so you're fast at getting my money but where the heck is my package?! Here is my order number US1591357; give my some information if you're not too busy responding to all the other pissed-off people.
