Our experience with HomeLight was unbelievably easy! Within minutes of contacting HomeLight, two realtors contacted me and I had two appointments set within the next few days. Both realtors that were selected to contact us were extremely knowledgeable about our area and it was difficult to pick just one of the two as they were prepared with documentation, research and after walking the house were able to give us a price range in which to list our house.

Using HomeLight was the best part of the process. Being landlords it made it easy to see which tenants were cooperating with appointments and showings. Being able to track the number of showings and getting immediate feedback from clients and agents on the condition of the property. We were able to track the process of the stages to sell the property. It was extremely easy to sign documents. All in all, it was a fascistic way to stay in the know of how things were processing.

I spoke with one via FaceTime, and I knew she was the one I would sign with. Sarah Peyton went above and beyond in so many ways and ended up finding me a buyer within two weeks. Within six weeks I closed on my home. This wasn’t an easy sale as my home had been on the market for almost a year due to its size and cost. But Sarah got my home ready for an open house, sent 200 invites and found the buyer that day.

On a whim, while I was searching the internet on the process of selling a home, I came across HomeLight’s website which advertised referring professional realtors either for purchase or sale of a home.

I took them up on it as I was planning to sell my home and requested referrals for real estate agents in my area as they would know more about the selling market locally than an agent from a different part of the state.

I was not disappointed. I received my referrals, I called all of them up to schedule interviews, and decided on one to represent me in the sale of my home. All three were professional, very knowledgeable, very experienced and respectful.

HomeLight was everything they claimed to be. I had just lost my wife of 45 years. She always handled this stuff. Suddenly it was me, the cat and 8 empty rooms. My children wanted me closer to one of them. Selling the house was the next step. I just did not want to waste a lot of time with trial and error.
