HomeLight is a great service. We were able to review and interview several realtors’ qualifications, their rankings in the county and their specialties. It allowed us to select a terrific agent along with his company. He was a real "pro" and gave us some very sound advice that contradicted advice from other realtors, and this advice resulted in us saving substantial money that we had thought we’d have to spend before putting our house on the market. The end result, our house sold in six days at $16k over asking price, the highest price of any house in our neighborhood in quite a long time.

The first thing that I was really impressed with was how easy the sign up was on the internet. I had a few questions and spoke to a representative. The representative explained the service to me and also answered my questions which included if there was any fee involved, etc. I then proceeded with the process and within hours I was contacted by three agents. The service was very timely for sellers who want to move quickly. I spoke to the agents on the phone and also had the ones that I wanted to meet in person come to the home.

I loved that there wasn't any pressure to choose an agent or any high sales pitch just "this is what I offer, and I hope you choose me."

Once I met with the agent that I wanted, with Anne Rains group, she immediately followed up with me with an email and a phone call. I like the service because the agents know that we are meeting other agents, so there is no immediate commitment.
