As my wife and I began our search for a realtor, we knew we needed to find a realtor who would be a good fit for us, who would be familiar with the area we lived in and who had strong communication skills. We entered our information with HomeLight and immediately received a response. HomeLight explained to us that it was their goal to match a realtor based on what/who we were looking for. We contacted the first match that we received, Matthew Smoot from Exit Preferred Realty. Matthew responded immediately and set up a time to meet with us. Matthew was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process of selling our house and buying a new house. Matthew told us he would do “whatever it takes” and we were not disappointed. We sold our house in four days and received requests for showings minutes after it was posted. Matthew kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always available for any questions or concerns we had.
