I was anxious to sell my house and started interviewing a lot of different realtors and impressed by each one but not able to figure out if they I was listening to a promotional pitch or someone who one will could actually live up to their words. I found HomeLight online, reached out and within a few I heard from Chris. He asked a few questions regarding my property and my preferences. Chris assured me that he had the best people/performers to sell my house in Scarsdale. Turns out he was absolutely on target. I interviewed the recommendation and checked out the facts; she (my agent) was really that good. I would like to thank HomeLight.com for the outstanding service that they provided in identifying realtors with a proven track record of success and the expertise in our specific area, west Nashville. Brianna Morant, the agent whom we ultimately selected to represent our interests, literally had the offer that we would eventually agree to within three hours of the property being listed. It is not possible to put into words how much I appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of HomeLight and the realtor they recommended, Mindy Terlesky. I was already on the phone with Mindy when I received the email from HomeLight with recommended realtors. To this day, that makes me smile. We arranged a meeting for the next day. Mindy was prompt, courteous and very personable. Her knowledge of the market was what really made the process so simple. I accepted an offer on the 9th day my home was listed. It was a fair offer, and from there everything went like clockwork.
