I used the HomeLight referral service to identify three top realtors in my home’s area. Two of the three were excellent candidates, the third was determined to not be a fit following a short phone interview. I selected Carl Medford because he uses a team approach, delegating the many tasks to team members best qualified and trained. This approach allowed Carl to be responsive to me while he continues to be the largest volume agent in the area. I also appreciate that his wife, Sheryl, provides design and staging service to help me get the best offer possible. Lastly, Carl donates some of his commission to a list of deserving local charities, allowing me to select the recipient.

When we began our search for a realtor, we really didn't know where to start. We discovered HomeLight and decided to give them a try.
