I first heard about HomeLight on TV. When I decide to put my home for sale, I remembered their publicity and went on their website to know more about them. My next step was to contact them about my interest to get a reference for interviewing three real estate agents to sell my condo. The next day I received calls from the agents and arranged for an appointment. The choice was not easy because they were all good. After a few days, I made my final decision after getting all the information I needed from HomeLight. Where do you turn to when looking for a realtor to sell your home? We turned to HomeLight and it’s the best decision we could have made. They recommended several realtors and we chose Ready Realty. All the realtors were professional, but Ready Realty suited us best. Sometimes I really think the universe is listening to my needs. I remember listening to the radio in my car, streaming Pandora on my computer, and watching YouTube (for God knows what) and hearing different advertisements for HomeLight. I was like "what is that?" but kept forgetting to write it down. Luckily, I finally remembered to Google this thing (HomeLight) that I had heard about.

For the first home I owned, I didn't know how to begin to sell it, but I knew I wanted help. I filled out a profile on HomeLight (which took literally just a few minutes; type of home, when I wanted to sell it, etc.) and within 5 minutes my realtor called me.

HomeLight gives you the opportunity to connect with a few matches and you can request more if you aren’t happy with the list. I actually really liked the credentials of my realtor match and we made an in-home appointment. With just one in-person meeting, we made some plans, and my house was sold in perfect timing. I am really glad I listened to the advertisements!

I could not be more happy with the result of our recent home sale in Collierville, Tennessee. HomeLight referred a number of quality realtors to me, and, based on my independent investigation of each, I chose Chuck House of Keller-Williams Realtors. Once I contacted Chuck, he wasted no time in meeting with us and laying out a plan for the sale of our home. I had my reservations about being able to (upgrade and) sell our home at an acceptable price so late in the season (September-October). I was sure that because of the time required to make necessary repairs and upgrades we had missed our window of opportunity. Chuck was very confident he could sell our home before the year-end, assuring me numerous times that he had the knowledge and ability to follow through with his plan of sale. Additionally, Chuck indicated that he believed he could generate enough interest in the home that we might even sell our home for an amount over the asking price before the end of the year.

Once our home was ready to sell, Chuck contacted area realtors, who brought their clients to our first, and only, open house. If I remember correctly, our home was sold on the first day it was listed on MLS for more than asking price. Chuck was even there with us when some small issues developed during closing, assisting us with resolving those issues and allowing the closing to proceed. Chuck House was exactly the realtor we needed to sell our home. His knowledge, talent, and experience set him above other realtors in the Collierville area. He proved to me that he and his "House Team" could provide all the services that we needed, following us all the way from upgrading the house to forwarding documents after closing.

The service HomeLight provided was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered to send me our local options, so we were able to interview them. They emailed me the list of realtors immediately after our call. The realtor that they recommended as their top choice was able to sell our home in only 11 days! Wonderful! HomeLight called us back a week after our initial conversation to make sure I was satisfied with our choices or if we were interested in another updated list of realtors. I highly recommend HomeLight.
