She made the process so easy going and she listened to ALL recommendations we made. With that said, we looked at several houses online and visited six before we found the perfect home. Carole even recommended different people to seek out repairs, and that also went smoothly. She was so nice and familiar; we invited her to our housewarming we will be having in March of 2019. After two months of looking, we closed on December 7th, 2018 on the forever home we always wanted.

I owned a rental property that was almost 300 miles away from my where I live, so it wasn’t convenient for me to try to find a realtor in the area of my rental. Thanks for referring Omar. Omar was a great realtor. He was very thoughtful, structured and predictable. Omar walked us through his approach and was candid about 1) What he expected from us 2) What to expect from him. He is very knowledgable about the Bay Area market. The best thing we liked about Omar was that he was not pushy when it came to making a decision. There was a house which had a lot of flaws and Omar was upfront in pointing those out instead of pushing us to make a sale. We loved working with him and would work with him again if the opportunity arises.

Thanks, HomeLight, for recommending Omar. However the other agent you recommended (at the same time you recommended Omar), who was not ideal. She didn't even meet us or ask us what our preferences were. She, however, started sending us listings and pushing sales instead of connecting with us (or even meet us).
