I recently sold a house in the Florida Keys with the help of a HomeLight referred real estate agent. We had Hurricane Irma come through with a 7-foot storm surge with water inside the house. My experience was very satisfactory with Mark Myers, from the initial day to conclusion of the sale. Mark was the first to show up, within hours of you providing his contact, he met me at the property and had documentation of his sales strategies and his experience.

Over the course of the agreement, Mark and I were in frequent contact, by phone, email, and text. He proved to be accessible and timely through all of our communication. More importantly, he did what he said he would regarding marketing and sales efforts.

I'm absolutely grateful for whatever made me pay attention to the television to see the commercial for HomeLight.com. I worked from home, and I had the television on but wasn't paying attention. I saw the commercial, so I hit rewind to see what they were talking about and saw they match you with real estate agents.

I put my information in their database and received a call immediately. He asked what I was looking to do and how can he help. He sent some referrals and I spoke with one made, an appointment for her to look at my property that I was selling at the last minute, and on the day of the appointment, she called to cancel and refer a friend of hers. If I can't trust you to keep an appointment, why should I trust your referral?

So I went to the next agent that contacted me, which was Danielle Moy. We made an appointment for her to see my property and she kept to that appointment, and when she came out she gave me the hard truths about the property and what it had the potential to sell for, and she gave the actual truth because I was not willing to put any more money into it.

Danielle came back so that we could sign the paperwork after I came to the reality that I would not receive the amount I wanted and understood what she was saying. And Danielle gave me a timeline. She said it's hard to sell if it's on the market for a long time and she said she wanted to sell in the first 30 days, and that's exactly how long the entire process took. It could have been less if we didn't get that snow storm.

Danielle was awesome during the entire process. She kept me updated with every step, and she also calmed my nerves when it was very necessary. I plan to let every friend and colleague know if they are looking to sell or buy to contact Danielle Moy. She stands by her word, and she's great at what she does.
